Great company to deal with
Easy to use website. Found exactly what I needed at an amazing price. almost £20 cheaper than at the big name companies! Ordering was simple, checkout was straightforward and paying gave me several options. Delivery service was fabulous and the Item arrived the following day which was super, it was well packaged too. Great service, Would most definitely use again and have already recommended to friends.

It's wood Jim, but not as we want it
The delivery service is all good. However, everytime I order timber it feels like the team at Builders Depot go to extraordinary lengths to find the most twisted, knotted, sappy, split and splintered wood they can find. It could be a personal vendetta so not sure how much attention you would want to pay to this review.

A very swift and excellent service
A very swift and excellent service. And very good price on products too. My annoyance with Screwfix, B&Q, and several other chains was that even if they have a sale, the cost of delivery becomes so high that it makes no difference, or the items are collect only for the price drop. Here, you get what you see advertised, all reasonable and no nonsense.

Second time they give me wrong size…
Second time they give me wrong size timber. I ordered 47 x 50 mm timber to repair my shed but I got 45x 45 mm wavey timber. It made me too trouble to make them level and use them
