This company don’t pay their bills to small companies and hold them to ransom. Boycott bulldog as they are unethical in their business dealings. Shame on them for forcing smaller companies into liquidation while promoting themselves. BOO

Very similar to other reviews. Ordered about a month ago and no response despite numerous chases and a request for a refund. There's no email address or uk phone number, so anyone who buys products at bulldog is putting their money at risk.

Ordered some items and ever since then I've been constantly tracked online. I cannot watch youtube now without the same incredibly annoying unskippable "woah, dat wetsuit is tight bruv" advert which plays TWICE before I can watch videos.

This is a really bad look. You're abusing the cookies policy and tracking your customers. Just because I bought something off you doesn't give you the right to snoop on my online activity.

I will not be using your company again. Respect your customers privacy. Stop with the tracking. Stop with the cretinous youtube adverts.

Updating my review.. after complaining to their customer service they sent across a new parcel which arrived promptly. Still keeping it at 4stars because they should try to get it right the first time.. it's a shame that such a great product line is getting such bad reviews purely based off of their delivery

Placed an order 8 days ago and was promised delivery in 2 to 4 days.. their useless delivery service Yodel is yet to deliver.. absolutely abysmal service would never buy from them again

Fixed a problem with my order and got it delivered asap

Emailed them regarding the £9 anti age defence no SPF. Go to Aldi and buy Rejuvenate day cream with SPF30 £3:99 absolutely brilliant stuff.

Absolutely horrendous . I received missing items from my order . This was supposed to be a birthday gift for someone and I have emailed several times over 2 weeks and even replied using their ticket 🎫 issue procedure, instagram , facebook etc and not so much as a word apart from the constant sales ad emails that they’re quick enough to keep generating !! Absolutely disgusting! If I had seen some of these reviews on here beforehand I would never have placed the order . I am going to apply to my credit card company for a refund and go for a different line of product altogether . Bulldog you should be ashamed treating customers this way . I would give zero stars if able !!!

Ordered in February, some products arrived, some didn’t. I’ve emailed, filled in countless forms, messaged on instagram - was promised a delivery containing missing items but 4 weeks on nothing.
They offer 10% discount but it’s worthless

I would caution buying anything from Bulldog.

I Bought products over two weeks ago and nothing delivered apart from a totally useless email stating product delivery delayed. No timescales no response to email asking for clarification.

So if you do not want an unnecessary run-around I would hold on until the situation resolves itself or not.

In the meantime Bulldog are still selling the product and taking your money. Unethical and immoral!

Update

A few hours after I left the review and on Easter Friday in popped a package through the letterbox with the product. No advance notification as promised, in fact total silence to my emails requesting an update.

I have increased the star rating to 3 stars though a 2 star rating would be more appropriate for well below par customer service. I hope the product lives up to expectations.

The don’t reply to your emails , no phone number nothing AVOID …

I purchased the Bulldog shaving foam a couple of weeks ago and have recently started using it. Unfortunately, when pressing the nozzle, the foam comes out around the sides of the button rather than through the intended opening. Even after cleaning it, I find that more product continues to leak out the following day.

The canister itself is not dented or damaged externally. However, when I removed the top, it appears that the internal section where the button connects is bent, which seems to be causing the leak.

I’ve previously had a very good experience with your shower gel, so this has been disappointing as it’s my first time trying the shaving foam.

I contacted customer services and received only an automated reply, with no follow-up or advice. Based on other recent reviews, it seems I am not alone in experiencing a lack of response.

I rarely leave negative reviews — most of my reviews are 5-star — but on this occasion I feel a 1-star rating is justified. I hope the company takes feedback like this seriously and uses it as an opportunity to improve both product quality and customer service.

Placed an order 2 weeks before Christmas. It arrived 5 days after Christmas. Have emailed at least 5 times to arrange return but still no response. Absolutely no customer service. Appalling.

Made an order on 5th December - entirely my error but in checkout the incorrect address auto populated. I noticed immediately and contacted them via website as well as by email following reviving email receipt. I’d requested to have delivery to my billing address. I got a response saying it should be fine but they would contact me. No contact at all but was received at wrong address on 24th December (didn’t have it for Xmas day) and cost me extra to have it shipped on. Emailed customer service to ask why I had no update and was told 2 week response as all the team were on holiday. More than 4 weeks later and nothing. Not a great experience and would not order from them again

Placed an order and didn't receive it within the expected time. I checked the tracking details and saw that Yodel had returned the parcel to the seller claiming that they were unable to deliver due to a GPS issue and that I should contact the seller to resolve.

I've attempted to contact Bulldog multiple times and had no response at all, it's been 2 weeks so far.

I was bought original moisturiser for Xmas. It smells great for the first hour or so, then it smells fusty, like an old damp room. Not sure why this happens, but I've stopped using it!!

Ordered direct with the company, website mentioned a 3-5 day delay expected for dispatch reasons and all products arrived within that 3-5 day delivery date expectation. Didn't go for 5 stars as the products didn't come with much packaging in the box so were rather loose - they also use Evri for deliveries which can be a bit of a lottery depending on where you live.

The products are 5 star quality though, the shampoo lasts for ages and your skin feels great after using the scrubs and moisturisers. It's possibly better buying the items from Boots etc. If you're concerned about the reviews regarding ordering directly from the company.

I usually buy Bulldog products from the high street. However, this time I decided to try buying online. Unfortunately, one of the three products I ordered was missing when the package arrived. I emailed Bulldog about this and received a reply from an AI assistant (of course!). The AI assistant said the issue would be forwarded to a human (probably best!). However, more than a month later, I still haven’t heard anything. So I have paid for three items but received only two. Honestly, I expected more from Bulldog, as the company’s ethos seems generally good. But they have also succumbed to the inevitable race to the bottom by managing their customers through a fog of failing AI. A real shame.

Update... I finally got a human response the day after posting this review and received my order the following day with an additional item for the trouble caused. It feels like there may be staff post Christmas and New Year break issues maybe and hopefully service will be back 'on track'.

Subscription order sent 5.1.26 hasn't arrived. Courier tracking says contact Bulldog due to condition of package. AI response from Bulldog says try neighbours! I replied to the AI asking for human intervention. No response. I chased and still no response. Sent a message to the contact page and received an automated acknowledgement. Still no human response. I've had the subscription for 2 years with no issues until now. If Bulldog aren't replying, feels like the company is in trouble so I'll be seeking a charge back and cancelling the subscription.

I ordered on 14th December and still not received my package. I emailed on 23rd & 27th December to ask for an update on my order. I received a reply on the 5th January stating “This may be for multiple reasons including stock unavailability” I did receive £7 refund from £26 however, I have not been given details of when or if I will receive my package. Costumer service shocking with no remorse and I will never order again.
