I always purchase bulldog for my partner, normally I would buy in person but with it being November and being busy at work, I decided to order online. It's now January 6th still no response from emails and no items. I charged back through my bank. They've had the cheek to try and fight it. Will never purchase from them again. Total let down, really disappointed. Companies need to keep communicating and not just having automated responses via social media.

I cannot believe Bulldog asked me to review my experience. But here we are.

The package I received arrived damaged. Have taken photos and emailed Bulldog immediately providing the outer packaging as well as inside photos. I was expecting a response, but that never came. I emailed three times. Still no response. Very disappointing. This was supposed to be a present, but clearly cannot be given out as it is totally unpresentable.
Such a shame I had to write this up, but maybe this will be a wake up call for the company to make things right and retain their customers. For now they have lost one.

I can’t believe what’s happening with this company! Ordered on 28th of November still no product shipped but they happily took my money and have no intention to do refund especially I cancelled twice and send 6 emails, no response till this day. I will report use to consumer rights because this is getting ridiculous. Why use selling products if use don’t have them in stock or at all!!! I’m very not happy and definitely will not order again or purchase from this company! Do not support them.

Scam. Scam. Scam. Order never arrived and zero response to contact. Wish I'd read these reviews before I parted with quite a lot of money.

spent £50 on the 5th of december. Had absolutely no emails nothing and hasn’t even been dispatched. I’ve emailed multiple times and had no response and i can’t even get a refund because the website doesn’t even work. Going to have to get a refund by my bank.

One star too many.
Ordered 30th Noven and order confirmed. Since then nothing. No replies to many emails and comments on their Facebook page removed very quickly.

I have given two stars because after much hassle, I finally got a response and a refund, but to get there was terrible! Their AI or bot response just sends you round in circles and there is nothing on there if there is an issue with delivery etc, and after over 2 weeks of not recieving the items, I had no clue what was going on, as tracking number said contact supplier, but there was no way of me doing so, eventually I managed to get round the bot to ask for them to contact me direct, but the stress of it all has put me off ever buying from them again sadly, incase of future issues with dispatches etc.

I placed an order on November 26th As a pensioner the £80 cost is a considered purchase - a huge amount of money - as a special gift. Just AI chatbot replies saying they will escalate and get back to me. They don’t. Reduced to tears. Awful.

I'd like to mirror the reviews of others recently. Placed an order direct with them. 4 of the 5 Items get delivered. For over 2 weeks not a single response back to my emails. Insta/FB direct emails to another email. Tried calling a number, it gets cutoff. Paid for 5 items, not 4. In 2025, this is not on.

Awful customer service. Placed an order November 30th, tried to get in touch to amend order but nothing, no replies to multiple emails, tried Instagram but just automated reply and not even order received. Waiting the required 30days and will raise dispute through the bank. Shocking, definitely avoid. Wish I’d brought through another company

Order 110017. On 30th November I ordered 3 gift sets along with 2 extra items to take advantage of the free shipping. Order was accepted but 4 days letter I received a refund notification of the 3 gift sets, without explanation nor apology. I asked them to cancel the full order and refund in full. Instead of a full refund they gave a partial refund of one item and ignored further communications questioning this. Today I have received the remaining item for which I have been charged over the odds and do not want.
This company has AI answering initial enquiries and incompetent refund staff . Avoid!

Appalling service. Order never arrived!! Do not bother ordering with them on line. Automated response to emails, saying they will resolve but they don’t. Be warned.

I ordered a gift set for xmas back in November. When it arrived it had no washbag in it and the products were all marked. I contacted the company to ask about returning the product am still waiting for a reply. I did have an email back to say someone would be contacting me but still waiting. Absolutely appalling customer service, will never order from company again.

Please avoid you will not get any replies only automatic responses three weeks since i placed order no tracking number i go to cancel order but order still not cancelled no phone number three different emails to contact no personal response.AVOID.buy from boots online.

23rd Dec 2025 they issued a full refund… no sorry for the inconvenience, nothing !

I placed an order (order number 105066 in case any from Bulldog is reading this) on November 2nd 2025 and despite several emails and being fobbed off by a cheap AI system I have still not received a single response from anyone there. I have not received the products and my calls for a refund have been ignored. My advice is to AVOID this shambles of a company and buy elsewhere.

I bought your shaving gel from sainsburys &was very disappointed, it did not produce a nice lather like other gels I've used,I had to use a shaving foam I have to finish my shave.

Bon comme disent beaucoup d’avis, c’est du vol j’ai commandé pour à peu près 30 euros 7 jours après aucunes nouvelles et SAV ne répondent pas, à éviter ça m’apprendra à ne pas lire les avis, ARNAQUE !!!!

Bad customer service, products Ok wouldn't by anything from this company online ever again.
TAKE HEED, I HAVNT GOT A BARGE POLE LONG ENOUGH. Coutomer service seems to be IA and not a vey good one.

An absolute shambles. Over priced , no customer service whatsoever. Bulldog is truly a disorganised business with no respect for its customers.
Placed order 25th August nothing as of 8th September. I sent 3 e mails , not one was responded to.
Do yourself a favour and avoid these clowns !
