Absolutely fustrated
Absolutely fustrated! Order placed 29/11 out with their delivery partner Yodel from 5/12 apparently ‘missed me’ 3 times changed it to pick up from depot as it shouldn’t take 9 days to be delivered and now the yodel app keeps changing the day I can pick it up yesterday was Thursday and now it’s Friday . Come on Bull Dog customer services where are you? I know I’ve asked for help but nothing forthcoming. Don’t recommend online shopping with this retailer!
Well wondered news I got a full refund and as a gesture of goodwill the products and free delivery…guess who will deliver it… the company that has failed for days…. Bull Dog customer services a great come back but an incredible fail I get to see experience more failed delivery attempts 😞 how about a more reliable delivery partner 🤷🏻♀️

Kaufpreis für falsch gelieferte Artikel wurde nach längerer Zeit erstattet
Ich habe, wie auch ein anderer Kunde hier schon geschrieben hat, 2x Age Defence Feuchtigkeitscreme (100ml) bestellt und stattdessen 2x Anti Aging Serum (50ml) bekommen. Ich habe mehrmals (3x) versucht, Bulldog Skincare per E-Mail/Nachricht zu kontaktieren, keine Reaktion, ich bekomme keine Antwort. Kundenservice= 0 Falls das jemand von ihnen liest: Bestellung order #2078.
Ich hätte gerne nach wie vor meine bestellte und bezahlte Ware. MfG, Andreas

Kundendienst hat mich nun kontaktiert. Kaufpreis wurde aus Kulanz erstattet! Die falsch gelieferte Ware durfte ich behalten. Die Vergabe der Sterne wurde daher noch mal von mir geändert / angepasst.

Bull Dog shaving produccts not fit for purpose
I purchased a few packs of Bull Dog razor blades as they were on a limited time special offer at my local Tesco (50% off) Big mistake the quality of the blades is very poor, more cuts in my face in a weeks shaving than I have had in the past 50 years of shaving. The blades are are totally blunt drag through the skin rather than glide, a totally horrible and painful experience. I also purchased the Bull Dog shaving gel and found that to be totally lacking, does nothing to lubricated the shave or moisturise your skin and I ended up using hand soap along with the gel to help improve the experience. Both products are absolutely terrible quality and not fit for purpose in my opinion. Be warned do not waste your money and save yourself some money on sticking plasters.

The Bulldog moisturiser makes my eyes…
The Bulldog moisturiser makes my eyes water terribly when Ive rubbed it into my face. I also then had a proper allergic reaction to it the 2nd time I used it. I had to wash it off my face both times to stop the allergic reaction.

Online order of £63.27 placed on 02/12/24 and arrived in full on 08/12/24. Can't fault the online service nor the quality of the products which are competitively priced. Bulldog Skincare shall be my go to in future.

Awful after sales experience
I wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering from this company. It's a month since my order and I've received nothing despite trying to follow up, just silence. Following up isn't easy, no phone numbers, just an email address. I did get an auto-generated email asking me how I was enjoying their product though 🙄. This really is a company with an awful after sales offer, and I have no idea whether the products are any good because of that.

Commande jamais reçue. SAV injoignable
J’ai passé une commande pour 3 produits. Le lien de suivi du colis n’a jamais fonctionné et la commande n’a jamais été livrée. J’ai contacté le SAV par e-mail à 3 reprises, sans réponses cela fait désormais presque un mois. SAV injoignable, commandes facturées non honorées. Je ne recommande absolument pas.

Aerosol immediately broke
Bought a deodorant and loved the smell so much this was going to be my new go-to. Went to use it for the 3rd time and the aerosol can is broken. No way to contact Bulldog. Now have a useless can of liquid and no way to get it out. Will not use any Bulldog products again.

Rückerstattung nur durch PayPal Käuferschutz möglich gewesen
Erste Bestellung (direkt nach Hause) kam problemlos an. Bei der zweiten schickte ich die Ware an eine Packstation. Ich bin seit ca. 15 Jahren Packstation-Kunde und habe hunderte Sendungen bisher zu 100% erhalten, d.h. ich weiß, wie die Packstations-Adresse formatiert sein muss, damit die Sendung NICHT mit dem Vermerk "entspricht nicht den Versandbedingungen" zurück geht.
Dies passiert nämlich, wenn man z.B. keine Postnummer hat (kein eingetragener Packstations-Kunde), sich bei dieser vertippt oder vergisst sie einzutragen. Sendung ging dann mit exakt diesem Vermerk zurück, obwohl ich vor Bestellung wie immer alles auf Korrektheit überprüft hatte. Meine Vermutung: Firma hat Labels falsch eingestellt und die zweite Adresszeile (die mit der Postnummer) nicht mit ausgedruckt, dann ist es automatisch unzustellbar.
Da das Paket zurück ging, wartete ich dann also auf meine Rückerstattung. Zwei Wochen, nachdem das Paket laut Sendungsverfolgung wieder zurück in den Niederlanden war, fragte ich dann mal vorsichtig beim Support per E-Mail an, wann denn mit der Bearbeitung zu rechnen wäre. Als Antwort auf die deutsche E-Mail kam lediglich eine englischsprachige Mail, die mir sagte, dass man aufgrund des "enormen derzeitigen Aufwands" (??? es gibt keine Aktionstage o.ä. und Rasierschaum ist kein Saisonprodukt!?) nicht in der Lage sei, mein Anliegen zeitig zu bearbeiten.
Ich wartete dann nochmals ca. 10 Tage, ob eine Antwort oder Rückerstattung kommen würde - Fehlanzeige zu beidem. Fast einen Monat, nachdem mein Geld abgebucht worden war, holte ich es mir dann per PayPal Käuferschutz manuell wieder zurück. Ob ich jemals eine Rückerstattung erhalten hätte, weiß ich nicht, aber ich wage es zu bezweifeln, denn ein halbes Jahr später ist immernoch keine Antwort auf meine Mail aufgetaucht.
Fazit: Nur direkt nach Hause und nur per PayPal bestellen, andernfalls ist das Geld im Zweifelsfall wahrscheinlich weg.
2 Sterne statt 1, weil die eine Sendung nach Hause ja problemlos klappte. Hab jetzt die Marke gewechselt, der Bart geht auch mit Konkurrenzprodukten weg. Echt Schade um den schlecht gemachten Shop, denn die Produkte sind wirklich wahnsinnig gut.

Been waiting two months for delivery
Placed an order over two months ago (#66071) and I've received no products. Tried to contact customer support multiple times and never got a response. I've used Bulldog products and I like them but I currently feel like I threw my money away and this seems to be a fairly common experience for online customers.

I ordered 2 Premium body care bundles…
I ordered 2 Premium body care bundles which includes shower gel, shampoo, hand cream, body lotion and deodorant. All i got delivered was 1 shower gel and 2 deodorants. My order number is Order #70094. I just sent them a message but looking at all the bad reviews I doubt i will get an answer. I will wait for a bit but if i don’t receive all the products I ordered i will definitely contact Ombudsman. This is unacceptable.

Shocking customer service (good products)
Review only on the delivery as products are good. I ordered on the 7th of June and the package was "delivered" to my front porch on the 8th. I live in an apartment and don't have a front porch so no idea where the package is. Sent customer service a message the 8th, 17th and 20th with no reply! Its actually getting ridiculous now and losing hope.

What a joke of a service!
What a weird customer service! Before buying my boyfriend’s gift online I came on trustpilot to check the reviews, and everyone is complaining. I completely ignored and bought with them anyway. What a huge mistake. They were promising more than a month they would send me the product that was missing from my purchase. I tried to communicate more than a month and they lied to me saying they were sending the product and nothing happened. I got a refund from my bank as they did not give me the product. Now more than 6 months later, they found a way to lie to my bank saying I received 2 refunds and I am taking the risk that they get this money bank even if they a wrong. What a joke! Stay away from them!

I never received these products, never never! The first product was untracked and I asked about it two weeks later, then I was giving a track number that never left the bulldog skincare department. And the other products you said that was sent also never left the bulldog department. I have all the screenshots that I am happy to share to everyone to prove it, the returned and cancelled products that were supposed to arrive to me and never did. I have this recorded on my Shop app. The only truth on your reply is that I did receive a refund of £4ish. But now my bank just sent me a message saying that bulldog will take in a week £31 from my account! I am basically paying bulldog for the product that never arrived.
You do not take customer service seriously otherwise you would know exactly what happened to my case. And your answer lacks a lot of truth! Before taking any actions against bulldog I was exchange emails for more than a month and never ever received anything back. I wanted to sort this amicably and I was completely ignored. But taking money from my account is a new level and I am really angry about it. If you want to see all the screenshots I am happy to provide it, cause I don’t think your team has the whole truth about it!

You are lying again! I first tried to get the right product for more than a month. The customer service team said it would send it to me in a few days, 2 weeks passed and nothing. Then I started to be ignored. Then I decided to ask for the refund as bulldog was ignoring me and I proved to my bank with the emails exchange I had with the customer service for more than a month. My bank refunded me as I proved with evidences I was being ignored. On 19th March I was fully refunded by my bank THEN SUBSEQUENTLY bulldog refunded me with £4 on 24th march! You’re basing your answers and arguments in lies! But I have evidence for all I am saying here!

To confirm, the complimentary items were sent free of charge, and no card details were processed or payment taken.
Regarding your original order, you confirmed receipt due to receiving an incorrect item, of which the item has since been refunded from the total with no request for return. Subsequently, you initiated a chargeback for the entire original order, stating that the products were unacceptable. In response, we have provided evidence of delivery and our interactions with you as per our right to reply.
To clarify, you were only charged for your original order which was confirmed as received by yourself.

Ordered £30 worth of skincare products from them well over a month ago, but I have not received my order and have not been contacted by the company to say there is a delay.
I've sent two messages chasing up my order and no reply. Very poor service considering they are now promoting receiving your order in time for Father's day.

Haven't received a £38 order yet that was placed almost a month ago. Just keep getting automated responses. It's time to give a refund if the company can't fulfil an order within one month.
