I like the oil prevention moisturiser, and the deodorant smells nice but REALLY does not work well at all. I've never ever had problems with BO but I'm whiffy almost instantly when wearing this

Great beard oil, all other products aren't very good.

I've tried the beard shampoo and all I can smell is a musty drunk smell, Not very pleasant. So it went back for a refund.

I've tried the beard balm, again very strong smelly aroma and my beard became rougher and brittle.

I didn't buy direct as advised from the reviews so that's sainsbury problem now.

So stick to water and beard oil or try a better company that doesn't stink like a drunk.

Love these products. Added several of them into my routine.

I've used Bulldog Skincare products for a long time and always been happy with them. Recently I bought some Age Defence Eye Roll-on which had a dangerous fault with the applicator. I contacted their Customer Support hoping for a replacement item. Unfortunately, it goes through to an anonymous US corporation (who must be the parent company of Bulldog) and who NEVER reply. Very disappointing customer service. I have now moved to using L'Oreal Men Expert.

I should have check Trustpilot before. Tried a menthol and eucalyptus body wash, probably the best body wash i ever tried, BUT, it was discontinued in the supermarket where i usually do my shopping, so i tried to order from their website, 7 days, 50 less euros and not even a single information, my package is still not sent, very disappointing, i think i'll ask for a refund. Update : not only they allowed me to get a full refund bu ti also received the products. Thanks Bulldog

After a failed attempt at receiving my order in september, I decided to give this company a second chance and ordered again. They messed up when choosing the delivery company which was unable to deliver the package that was then sent back. After contacting them 10 times in 2 month, i'm still waiting for an anwser and a refund. This is the first time i've encountered such a messy experience, their dishonesty is beyond beliefs.

I have been using Bulldog sensitive skin soap for a very long time as it is about the only one that does not dry my skin out. Others such as L’Occitane shea that was good, changed the formulation. To my extreme dismay when I went to re-order more - none available. Tried Amazon - same. Only one bar in a small ebay store. There is no contact address for the company. So I tracked one down namely (broken down e-mail as trust pilot will not allow)epca @ customerfollowup.info which is the USA holding company who allegedly “passed it on to their UK team” accompanied with the usual sugar coated sentimental style of “thank you for contacting us”. No information around the seemingly discontinued product and no contact e-mail for UK. Consequentially as 2 weeks have passed and no UK communication I have had to find better soap viz. Marseille olive oil soap. Yet another company losing customers hand over fist under corporate commercial arrogance of ignoring customers who pay for it.

Note below - it has taken 6 months for a response

The product is good but I still haven’t received my order placed nearly two weeks back. Contacted customer care and have had one reply but no clarification if they have since sent my order or not! Very disappointed in this!

I've been using Bulldog products for a couple of years now, and although I'm quite happy with their products on the whole, I've been recently disappointed with their "Original Steel Blades" replacement razor blades.

I normally shave 2 or 3 times a week, and up until purchasing the last pack of 4 blades, a blade refill would easily last me 4 to 6 weeks before going dull (too dull to use).

Now I'm finding that a new blade is barely lasting 3 weeks, with the same shaving frequency.
I've just loaded the last of a a pack of 4 blades.

The only physical difference that I have found is that the blade protector on the longer lasting (previous) blades, had a clip-on protector, the newer blades have a slide-on protector.

So now I'm wondering, has the quality of the steel used to make the blades changed, or has the manufacturer changed?
Whatever the issue, I don't think the quality of the razor blades are as good as they were...

Very very poor quality, irritated my skin. In fact, my skin started clearing up again once I stopped using it.

Purchased the Bulldog Original Mega Bundle as a christmas gift, all started well, order was dispatched quickly (all be it via Yodel).

Order arrived a few days later, got to say was impressed by yodel (mades a refreshing change, as on time, hooray to yodel). Upon opening the parcel I was surprised to see that the 11 items in the package, appeared to have simply been chucked in the box, or maybe something had happened during the delivery process, certainly not as shown in their website picture.

Having been a Bulldog customer for years and raving about how great their products are, this was my first time ordering off their website directly, as I normally purchase instore. Maybe I expected too much 😕 when purchasing directly from them.

One very disappointed 😞 Bulldog Skincare customer.

I contacted Bulldog skincare on the 17th of February 2023 using the website contact form because my boyfriend had a bad reaction to some of the products. I had NO response so after a couple of weeks I messaged through Instagram and they apologised and told me to fill out the online contact form again which i did.

After filling out the form a second time i still didn't receive a reply so i messaged on Instagram again and then stopped getting replies on there to.

It's now September and I have had no contact from them which i think is very disappointing. I got my boyfriend the anti aging serum, original moisturiser and face wash as a gift and when he used then serum and moisturiser his face flared up in about 30 seconds and went very red and hot so he washed it off. The redness stayed for a few hours and I even put some aloe gel on to take down the redness from the reaction. He has never had problems with skincare before so maybe there is an ingredient that could of caused this as it was very scary and we were really worried when it happend as it was stinging his face and quite painful and sensitive for the following days. I have pictures of what happened and would really like if someone could reply to my message. Thanks, Emily.

Moisturiser is just ok, beard shampoo is great, bit med overall

Ordered a complete package on Monday and Nothing has arrived so far?

The aftershave balm dispenses far too quickly, causing wastage every time. Apply pressure -nothing happens. A little more -nothing happens. A little more -far too much for the face and neck. I won’t be purchasing this wasteful product again -and I’d recommend to others to do likewise.

Bulldog Sensitive Aftershave Balm. Shocking dispense and poor product. Even squeezing ever so gently, product comes out way to fast. No matter how I try, it will not dispense a small amount needed. Avoid

Honestly the shaving kit is a great product, it came quickly and made my shaving time more enjoyable.

This review is for the Bulldog Shave Soap which comes in a wooden container, or as I know it 'Bulldog No Shave Soap'. In a nutshell, whatever I try to generate a good lather with my brush, it is impossible to get the soap to lather and remain on my face for long enough to shave. The best I have managed I to soap and shave my face in sections, but still to no avail. I have contacted Bulldog about the poor performance of this product, and despite filling in a ten minute questonnaire about what they call 'the incident' I have still not received any correspondence after four weeks. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If Bulldog read this my case number is 3035231.

One of the face wash bottles seemed to have been opened before and the gel did not smell like the others. Had to throw it away.

Bad batch? not sure

Will a i buy again? Well my Bf loves them, but i really do hope they sort that issue out
