First time ordering from this company & I was abit worried after reading reviews that I wouldn’t get my parcel. I got no dispatch email so was kind of confused although after emailing them I found out it was shipped. I received my parcel with no hassle & am pleased. Thank you!

I purchased Bulldog Energising Moisturiser, upon opening it was a dark yellow(ish) colour and grainy. There is no returns facility; no contact details available on line for customer service and purchased products can only be returned unopened?? how will I know if its defective without opening. Bulldog = Customer (dis)Service.

Brought sensitive glass razor, heads and gel, ABSOLUTELY WASTE OF MY MONEY.
This razor was for me, dangerous to use it just ripped my face to bits, I was left with a lot of deep cuts/grazing all bleeding and a very sore face.
I’ve sent them a message but a week later I still haven’t received a response.
Very poor customer service and rubbish razor.

I bought this for the first time today you don't need a lot it does take while to lava I'm not keen on the smell but it did leave my skin silky soft

Well I seem to have been lucky having read some of the reviews. Products arrived very quicklu and certainly the best shaving gel and sensitive razor blades I have ever had.

Oh dear!
The shave foam is nice to use, gives a smooth shave, similar to the Nivea products........but......the pressure in the can lasted 7 days then gave up!
As for the Bulldog customer service.........bad! No contact details on their website. When I eventually found an email address I got the standard reply about 'Unprecedented emails due to COVID...' Oh come on the COVID excuse is out of date!!
Poor product and non-existent customer service.

Ordered a moisturiser on the 30th November. After a couple of weeks I still hadn’t received a shipping email despite the confirmation email saying shipping was 3-5 days. I then emailed customer services on the 16th December but didn’t hear back for another week, when I received a reply unhelpfully saying that hoped the product had now arrived. I replied saying it had not that same day and have not heard back since. Total scam, do not use.

So after leaving numerous emails I have eventually got a reply from CHAN??? Came at 00.43am? Very generic.Seems I’m not going to get my £48 skincare bundle as my emails are no longer sending to the company.My bank are currently dealing with the dispute but frustrates the life out of me they are getting away with this? HOW DO WE STOP THEM?

Avoid buying online! Ordered an energiser bundle at the start of November, ordered confirmed, tracking confirmed, nothing to show for it. I've emailed numerous times asking for an update or a refund and had nothing until Chan replied on Nov 17th asking if I'd received order and that extras would be sent on top for the delay, a month later and I'm still waiting. Just received another email last night saying we are sorry we are slow to respond to all the emails due to COVID.

You wouldn't have so many emails to respond to if you just sent the products on time! Customer service?? Yeah right!!

I purchased cosmetics for my husband and I decided to return them. It has been a mission impossible. I’m the first place I never received a purchase email so I don’t have any purchase order number. Secondly I wrote an email to the customer service and I have had no response whatsoever . I have 2 more weeks to return the order but not sure how it can be done.

I did wait a while for my delivery and an answer to my emails but I received my order plus a few extra products. Thank you I am very happy

Ordered on 28th November, nothing has been sent and have emailed to find out what’s going on with no response from Bulldog. Need to know as it’s a Christmas gift! Ridiculous that there isn’t a contact number to call either!

Same experience as others here. Made an order about 7 weeks ago that was never delivered. I originally tried the Contact page on their website, which doesn't work - it does not allow you to send a message. I chased them by email and got a response apologising and that they'd send me some freebies too, but nothing was delivered. I emailed them again a couple of weeks ago, but no response. Tried their phone number, but this is a dead number.
I've now initiated a credit card dispute to get my money back.
They have not always been like this. I have ordered from them before without problems, but now there is something wrong with Bulldog direct sales. Save yourself the bother and money and do not order from this company.

This company is an absolute con and I don’t know how they can continue. Ordered two months ago, zero contact and no delivery. Out the blue was contacted by customer services and promised my order and a few extra bits as an apology. Got another confirmation order and now being ignored again and STILL no products. This has been another two weeks and two orders and still no products.

Do not order from this company. I have been a loyal customer for many years and I will never buy again, from anywhere.

What a shameful way to run a business.

NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.

Bought bamboo Bulldog razor from my local Tesco a month ago.
Bought replacement blades.
Tried to fit new blade.
Mechanism for holding blade broken- won’t hold Bulldog blade. Spring broken?

Will not buy Bulldog skincare products ever again.

Will warn family and friends that Bulldog products not fit for purpose and a waste of money.

I am writing on Trustpilot as athough Bulldog Skincare website says ‘contact details at bottom of webpage’ - There are NO CONTACT DETAILS!!!!

Further to my previous post. I was contacted the other day by Bulldog apologising that I had not received my original order. The item was reordered 2 days ago, and delivered as promised with some additional free products as a good will gesture. Thank you. It was a birthday gift but will now have to be an xmas gift for the recipient.

Terrible service. DO NOT ORDER DIRECT. After 2 weeks no products have arrived with emails answered with an automatic reply. Wish I had read these reviews before I made an order.

Appalling. DO NOT USE THEM AGAIN TO ORDER DIRECTLY. BUY FROM THE SUPERSTORE INSTEAD.
Non existent customer service. Its been 13 days since I ordered and I live in London not in some remote Australian island.

Great product been using them for ages but I'd never ordered direct before so I ordered a fair few bits Been waiting over a week and not even a dispatch email yet, UPDATE, finally got through
And they've re dispatched it and chucked a few free bits to apologise
