A fantastic choice of carpets and floor coverings at unbeatable prices. I bought a striped carpet for my stair runner and landing - Chelsea Stripe, and got an amazing deal. The carpet arrived within a couple of days of ordering. In spite of restricted space to move around, the delivery team, which Burts Online used (DX Freight), were really helpful and patient, and managed to manoeuvre the carpet roll into my small house. The carpet is of excellent quality. All in all, a very positive experience - thank you. 😀

Delivery was as stated and the package was very securely put together. Delivery cost was rather expensive.

Sorry to disappoint you regarding the delivery, this is done via a third-party courier. They deliver kerbside only, which is written clearly in our terms and conditions, which you agreed to before purchasing.
The service by Burts was swift for but delivery service poor…
The service by Burts was swift for a good price. But at 9.30am I received a text to say that DX would deliver that day before 6.00pm. I was already at work. I expected the driver to call and I could be home in moments. But I received no call and arrived to find the carpet thrown on the drive. It was well wrapped but I could not move it on my own and a storm cloud was overhead. My husband came home to help me get the carpet inside and returned to work. Burts don't use DX, their delivery manner was extremely poor.

Very impressive service
The order is yet to be delivered and very impressed with Burts so far. Very competitive on price and the customer service has been excellent. Even though ordered online, receiving phone calls to update is a very welcome more personal touch.

From contacting Burts through one of their agents and to making the online purchase was excellent.
The carpet was excellent quality as it was described especially designed for the living room.
The only slight downside was DX delivery which came the day after it said it was due and they text to say it was being delivered on the day it came but it just arrive without a time slot.
