Great communication when stock was going to be in and then a fast delivery

The only reason that I gave this carpet 4 stars instead of 5 is that it has a cut running down one of the edges. It hasn't gone through to the backing. But it is definitely there. That being said, I am really pleased with the quality, colour and pile. For the size of the room it was an absolute bargain. I have another 3 rooms to carpet and I will definitely be buying from Burts again!

Excellent price for a quality carpet- 50% off with very transparent and reasonable delivery costs. My query was dealt with immediately and the staff member I spoke with was courteous and pleasant, kindly calling back to confirm when the payment had gone through. I ordered it in the afternoon and delivery was the following morning- the carpet was well packed and has survived a week outside in a Yorkshire winter while I’ve been waiting for the carpet fitter. Thanks!

Driver never answered his phone when rang back twice . And carpet was cut on an angle so didn’t fit the room properly.

Brought a flooring that is usually only available via a shop the process from ordering to delivery was excellent and the company sent updates so I didn’t have to stay in alday.
Would 100% use again with the flooring and fitting it came to half the price of a shop.

Great service from Burts online. Unfortunately they had run out of stock for the one I ordered and I was offered a refund or alternative product. I took the alternative which was a perfect substitute and delivered in 2 days. I’ll use your services again. Many thanks

I have been using Burts Carpets online for well over a decade, on and off, and they have consistently offered very reasonable prices and excellent-quality carpets. For value and reliability, they have always been a solid choice.

My only minor criticism is around the presentation of room-size remnants. In the past, Burts Carpets used to include actual photos of the remnants themselves, whereas now the images appear to be taken from the main product listings. This makes it harder to judge the carpet properly. There is nothing quite like seeing a real photo of the carpet — even rolled up and stacked — as it gives a much clearer sense of the texture and, more importantly, the true colour.

That said, when it comes to price and quality, I genuinely wouldn’t bother going anywhere else. Burts Carpets remain a dependable and excellent option, and I would continue to recommend them without hesitation.
