Very helpful to solve problems with airline.

The representative was clear and helpful in dealing with the change in the booking. There was a bit of confusion with the email confirmation required but he was very patient. His name is Hennry Wilson.

Hennry was awesome to help me out to rearrange my ticket I both a day before and flight was full and he rebooked my flight with same airline and same dates and time! He was very patient and kind in providing his services! Thanks so much Hennry!!!

Service from Jennifer was excellent. I've put 4 Stars because the quality of the headsets the helpdesk agents have is terrible. I had a hard time understanding Jennifer because of the background noise.

I booked through buymytrip for a trip to Europe. Apparently, the airline overbooked for the category I had booked. Henry from buymytrip called me to get my reservation confirmed in another category. He was very polite and explained everything and confirmed my reservation. Very good service.

Hennry was extremely helpful! He cleared up any confusion I had about my tickets & followed up with me consistently until the problem was solved. Great customer service!

Service experience with agent Akansha was great. She is patient and helpful.
I booked 2 international flights with "no checked baggage" and I called in, she helped me add 2 pcs of checked baggage.

Jill was very helpful. I had an issue with my email and i called. She walked me though what I needed to do. Now I’m ready to go on my trip :) She was also very polite and kind.

Working with BuyMyTrip was confusing at first (I missed a couple emails that stated my flights weren’t booked and the previous fare wasn’t available), but Verona really helped and turned the experience around! She walked me through the process, helped me find a better flight and followed up with me to make sure I had everything I needed.

I liked that there was follow up and interest in how you performed. I got a call from Verona Rose to check if I received the e-ticket (which I had). I'm any case, she resent it and I don't have to worry about it.
However, upon receiving it, I found out that there was a flight schedule change compared to what it had been sent to me. I do not remember receiving any message regarding flight schedule changes. It would have been nice if I had been notified in advance.

It was wonderful experience with the representative Jill , she modified the itinerary as per my needs and provided best deal.

Akansha Walia is truly the best. I called two times about a concern on my overseas booking and she patiently followed up with the airline and resolved the issue on the evening of Friday. Thank you Akansha for being such supportive and caring. Keep up the great service to the customers.

My first time dealing with BuyMyTrip, and really my first time booking through a third party. A week before my flight, an agent (Verona Rose) reached out to me to make sure all was well and explained the few remaining parts of the booking process that I was unsure of.

I booked and made changes for my trip and she has been very helpful and patient the entire process! Akansha did a great job!
