Happy ending to an unfortunate glitch
Apparently, there was a glitch in their system which put me in autoship of one of their products which I previously ordered. I contacted them immediately and Steph was very kind and efficiently solved the problem. She credited my card and gave the item that was sent (and ofwhich I was going to return) as a gift to me. I rate her work ethics as "Excellent!" My card was quickly credited.

Pay attention to autoship
I didn't realize i had an autoship and customer service was unable to stop the shipment when I contacted them. However, customer service did offer a solution to keep the shipment with discount which was appreciated. Overall I give 4 stars for good customer service. I'm still waiting to see an improvement with castor oil. I am hopeful that this works!

This is the worst Online experience I have ever had. First of all, I never received the product. After receiving a confirmation of delivery in February, I made inquiries and they told me it was probably delivered to someone else. I checked with all my neighbors no one received it. After several more inquiries, I told them that I would like a refund. Then I found on my credit card that it was a subscription. I have sent at least a dozen emails asking them to stop the subscription. I keep getting an apology email with reasons why they are unable to stop the subscription. Make note that I have never received anything. My credit card company was able to put a cancellation on the payment. Then they told me that I would have to remove this in order for them to stop the subscription. Worst Customer Service worst experience I’ve ever dealt with. I can’t even speak to the product because I never received it.

The order took so long to ship that I decided to cancel it. I contacted the company via their e-mail and explained the issue, they responded that same day and initiated a refund back to my CC. I received the credit within 3 days. Their customer service department is top notch. This is why I gave them a 4* review.
