What's the point!!! You say you understand, but you don't amd you dont care about people. Because if this, I am short on grocery money. So you can just go "Love" yourself. (U know what that means) I will make sure to tell everyone I know and others how horrible your company is. I hope your company goes under!!!!

So my first order took 3 to 4 weeks to receive. I finally got it. I didn’t know it was going to be every 2 months so I was billed again for the oil. I emailed soon as I seen the order and canceled it. Was a little upset on how long it took to get the first time. Within a couple days I was emailed back and was refunded the money. I appreciate that one. But the order is still on its way and still not here. But thanks for the cancellation and quick refund. Ken

I appreciated that there were several offers to choose from, with the unfortunate mix-ups. I valued Ivie, who was trying hard to resolve the situation.
Their castor oil is way more expensive than anyone else. I have used castor oil for years. Castor oil is a fairly thick viscous oil with a distinctive scent. However, the castor oil from this company is thin has a floral aroma and does not have any of the properties that I am used to with castor oil.
Never recived my order. They said it was delivered. I was home that day they said it was and it was not. Buyer beware

Your company does not make it clear and I imagine this happens to many people. The best part was your customer service person Ivie who gets 5 stars for a prompt response when I requested to cancel the subscription.
Steph was great. She promptly returned my email and answered my requests.

BUYER BEWARE! If u sign up to a castor oil pack from TAVIO, they will subscribe you on going automatic payments of castor oil. It was EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to find how to cancel this auto payment too btw!!!
