Macver has been a great support!!

Macver has been a great support got my Tavio usage. I had Nicole who started to help but she kept forgetting options she told me but Macver was great understanding my questions.

The "castor oil" is very thin and smelly

The "castor oil" is very thin and smells like it has fragrance added though none is claimed. I've used organic pure castor oil before, this consistency is very different. THEN I was surprised to have another charge on my card and recieve another bottle -- subscription?! Nah.....i am pretty careful about not never subscribing to 'subscriptions', and reading reviews it seems this has happened to other people too. So if you do decide to sign up watch for hidden subscription.

Great customer service

I have been dealing with a lot of online orders lately and a lot of of them. I have not been very happy with! But I have to say that this online company is far as superior to everyone else! I decided to return the products and I was working with someone named Glide. He responded quickly to my emails and he resolved my issue even quicker and I am extremely impressed with this companies Customer service! It’s nice to know that some of these online companies do stand behind their products, and work extraordinarily well with their customers! So thank you for being a company with great customer service!
