Great delivery, normally two days max after order.
Fantastic customer service. I had a problem with a vape I bought. I emailed them and I received a reply and voucher for a replacement within a couple of hours.
Would highly recommend.

I had a couple that was damaged in transit, I’ve emailed the address on there website and dealt with a guy called James (amazing service) he was more than happy to help and get this rectified and get me the replacements sent out.
1000% would use again and recommend to anyone who uses vapes

Found Buzz Vapes on the Internet after they were advertising lost Mary at a sale price of £1.99 for 600 puffs. Ordered 10 of them. I am extremely dissapointed with the quality of the product. The double apple vapes had no flavour to them what so ever!. It was hit and miss out of the 10 of them to actually working properly. I binned about 3 of them after opening as the draw from them was extremely poor and tasted vile. They definitely didn't last 600 puffs either unlike others I have purchased elsewhere!. Will definitely not be buying from them again, a total waste of time and money! In their defense, they did contact me and issue me a full refund and apologised which was very good of them. I am now getting non stop harassment emails telling me to give them more than one star. Absoloutely disgraceful conduct!!

Excellent, and great value! Even when there was a small issue with a product they sorted it brilliantly within minutes!! Highly recommended.

Once again, Buzz Vapes goes one step above. I recently received my order & just got round to opening one of the R & M vales, which unfortunately did not work at all. I emailed Buzz vapes with a picture & without hesitation they emailed me back with a voucher to take off my next order. As a regular customer this has happened once before & they did the same thing. Highly recommend Buzz Vapes!

Have had good service. Last order we made I had a vape missing and they responded very promptly providing me with a code to order it again for free with free shipping (So I didn't have to pay for it again after already doing so) Would highly recommend this company.

These guys are sound fair and reliable been using them for about a year now and never had and issue with them only one faulty vape which they responded and refunded with a code to replace the same day..

Great service! I was wary at first because a lot of vape sites pop up and disappear, but I've had several orders now and buzzvapes is legit

What's more, my last order was left on my doorstep (which is not a 'safe place', Royal Mail, thanks) and it was nicked. Even though it was not their fault, buzzvapes gave me a voucher to place an identical order as a gesture of good faith. Nice one, buzzvapes!

I ordered two vapes which were lost in the post, Buzz vapes managed to resolve this issue very quickly and effectively for me. I now have the vapes I ordered. All round great experience and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone!

Absolutely amazing. I ordered a 3500 puff lost mary and i ordered next day delivery, unfortunately DPD delivered a week later, i contacted buzz vapes for a refund and they were polite and gave me a code for a discount on my next order. i definitely recommend ordering from here. vapes are very nice.
