Communications are very delayed resulting in cancellations & refunds not being processed in a timely manner or making them ineligible.

They are the worst when it’s about a return! First I try to have my return label on the website, when I put my #order it says that the number is not find and when I try to email them, someone told me they were going to transfer me to a returns specialist.. since then I haven’t heard about them…

I have never received the product that I ordered. I have sent three messages to the support team about it, no response. It is very frustrating.

I ordered a book a month ago, and it still hasn't arrived. Despite this, I've received 3-4 emails from the company asking for feedback on my order. It's unacceptable to request feedback before the order has even been delivered. Please ensure the product reaches the customer before seeking their opinion.

I made an order with this company on December 7 and still have yet to receive my order a month later but am receiving emails to rate my product and experience. Well it’s not good. A spent over one hundred dollars and got nothing. I got one email saying they shipped the order and I would get it December 11-13. However they chose to send it Canada Post who were in the middle of a strike, and today the tracking number on January 6 says that a mailing label has been created delivery date will be updated when Canada Post receives the package.
I have had one interaction with the customer service team despite multiple emails sent to get the reaction and was told delays like this were normal and to be patient.
I am not going to suffer because of this but it is a huge disappointment because I wanted to give this as a Christmas present and today I don’t even want the product.
You have my money and I have to just chill out and be patient. Good Afternoon to you.

I don’t have my order from almost 6 weeks ago

As with others made an order early December and still have not received it. All attempts to reach customer service since then have not been answered. I have previously ordered without issues, this is very disappointing that they don’t seem to be standing behind their product anymore.

My package arrived late and I was given no information regarding the shipping. Once the package arrived it was damaged. Overall, not a great experience.

This was a great product to make a great Christmas gift. It was something unique and looks to be a lot of fun

I have still not received my package! I ordered it Nov. 26 and it has still not arrived…

Ordered their date challenge book almost two months ago, order was confirmed but never received. No response at all from their customer service email after multiple attempts.

I inadvertently ordered this with Apple Pay as the form of payment. For some reason Apple Pay process the payment without the final authorization. I immediately emailed Customer Service and ask them to cancel my order as I hadn’t fully decided if I was going to purchase this or not. Your customer service answered me at the end of the day… Even though I emailed them at 5:55 AM and told me that the order could not be cancelled and that it was already in the process of being shipped. I found this to be very convenient for you because you got your sale no matter what and I hadn’t even given the final authorization for my credit card to be charged. This is something I am taking up with my credit card, but having said that I received the book and gave it away as a very expensive gift that I would not have normally given. The other thing your Customer Service told me is that it was not able to be returned and refunded so again you win and I lose. It was a very expensive book and I shall never recommend your company to anybody ever again. There are similar books to yours out there, which I will recommend before your company as your customer service is horrible.

Great products. The activities are so original and fun and great at making memories. Customer service is nothing short of excellent too!

I had the wrong shipping address and didn’t take into account it was holidays, duh. I got an email response a couple days later to have them try to rectify to have delivered to another address. Long story short it’s received from my old house as they were honest people. It was nice to have a response and tracking number and the courier service was also responsive.

Poor customer service. I have reached out 4 times since December 12 and no response. I ordered on November 28 and have yet to receive my package or an update as requested.
