I placed an order two weeks. After a few days a shipping label was created but at this point it has not shipped. When I reached out to customer support to inquire I received no response. However, they sent me an email asking me to rate them without sending me my order!

Items never came in time. Emailed customer service multiple times never got a response.

Great explanation of products with easy and fast checkout, prompt email confirmation and speedy delivery! Bought the solo pkgs for Christmas gifts. Cant wait to start the adventures! Cathy

I ordered 4 books on the 15th of Dec and still have not received them, when I try to track them I get nowhere. The Adventure
Challenge team tells me it's out of their hands and to deal with Passport shipping, but when I contact them all they tell me is that "It takes 3-5 days for the order to "reach us" and that the order has not yet reached the transit facility" but can't tell me when it will get there or where it actually is. The original dates I was meant to receive my books, that I need to ship out for Christmas, is between Dec 20th and 24th. Seeing as today is the 23rd and no one can tell me where the books are, and there have been no tracking updates since the 16th, you can imagine I am none too pleased. The Adventure Challenge Company has seemingly washed their hands of the order as it's left their building and Passport Shipping seems to be run by bots who don't care. Both companies need to do better.

I had purchased a couple books at the end of Nov and had the order within a week without issue, this time around is a quite different story. I am no longer excited to give these books to my family as the delays and frustration of not getting any useful answers has taken all of the fun out of it.

Ordered a product almost a month ago and was supposed to have it by dec 11th, but still nothing and no tracking info or any information on where it is, so very annoyed that I spent 60 bucks on nothing

I never received my order

I never received my order! And no one from customer service is responding

Ordered November 20, still have not received the package and no update. I asked to return it but because it is lost in the mail I can’t return until the product delivers. Very disappointed. December 18th today.

I have yet to receive my order. Was really looking forward to this

Slow shipping, very little customer service

I only received half my order and the half I did get was damaged. But customer service was quick to get back to me and send the rest of my oder plus a replacement for the damaged product

I have e mailed support asking for alternative shipping methods due to canada post being on strike with no response.

I ordered a book during the Canada Post strike. I ordered it more than a month before Christmas and before ordering asked if it would be delivered by an alternate carrier, given the strike. I was assured, in writing, that it would be. Yet when I got notification that it was shipped - and my credit card fully charged, including $12.05 for shipping - the tracking number was to Canada Post. I emailed and left messages on the online chat for several days before I finally got a response at which point I was told it was too late to cancel the order. They did offer to refund the shipping cost, but I've yet to see that. I wouldn't have ordered if I knew it was coming through a carrier that is on strike as obviously I haven't yet received the package and mostly like won't in time for Christmas. Extremely frustrating to have been misled and then have them unable to resolve the issue in any satisfactory manner. Obviously would highly discourage ordering through them and certainly never will again.

Right after I ordered the book which they charged me 18.50 for delivery. they put on free delivery. I have sent a message , to ask to refund the delivery charge . But the answer was " no response " . This is typical of being negligible on their part . I have even offered to return the book and re order , but no response . If I could give this company a minus 5 stars , I would .To top it off , I have ordered the book a week ago and still have not received it . This is not a Canada post issue . As I asked to cancel the order the next day , when they changed delivery pricing , and again , to no response . BAD COMPANY BAD , Thanks Jay from Chestermere
