We recently reserved a plot at Finchwood Park Meadows, and the entire experience from viewing the property to booking it was outstanding. Special thanks to Shyla, she was knowledgeable, patient and professional. We are now in the process of sorting out mortgage and will be moving soon.

Maria, Edwina & Sophie were always available to talk to us through our journey to purchase our new Cala home. They were also very patient in helping to resolve many legal questions & potential issues. It made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier! Thank you & look forward to updating our review on completion of our Cala home.

From the very first day we went to see The Glades at Mindenhurst and completely fell in love with the show home, right through to our completion date, we have received nothing but outstanding and incredibly personal customer service from Edwina, Sophie and Maria.

They have genuinely gone above and beyond to accommodate everything we could possibly wish for when creating our dream home. Every question, every concern and every little request has been dealt with with so much care and patience. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble.

The communication throughout the whole process has been fantastic. What has really stood out to us, though, is how personal the experience has been. Edwina, Sophie and Maria have always taken the time to listen to us, answer all of our questions and make sure we felt reassured and looked after every step of the way.

Buying a new home is such a huge and emotional experience, and we honestly feel incredibly lucky to have had these three amazing ladies supporting us throughout the journey. They have made what could have been a stressful process feel exciting, enjoyable and truly special.

We genuinely cannot rate them highly enough. The experience we have had with the CALA Mindenhurst sales team has been absolutely incredible, and it is all thanks to Edwina, Sophie and Maria.

We’ve had a fantastic experience with Cala Homes from the very first time we visited the development in early April.

The team have been incredibly friendly, helpful and supportive throughout the whole journey. From choosing our home and changing plots, to upgrades and all the questions we had along the way, they have always been there for us. They kept us updated throughout the build, returned our calls, answered our emails and, most importantly, always made us feel looked after.

Buying a new home can be stressful, but the Cala team have made the experience much easier and more enjoyable for us. We genuinely couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve received.

Our experience with Cala has been great so far and Rossana and Fraz at Aurs Meadows have kept us up to date on the progress of our new home and always been super helpful and engaged when responding to our queries.

We have been waiting for two years for a new font door. Yes, two years. We had an appointment for installation of our new front door on 27 August. This appointment had been made two weeks in advance. On the morning of the appointment we were told that Cala had collected our door but it did not have an aperture for the letterbox. Our door installation was then rescheduled for tomorrow, 3 September. Today we have received a message from a third party to say that our door installation will not be going ahead tomorrow due to staff illness. We were also told that Cala have still to collect our door! The message about our door appears to come from a local bathroom and wet room company. Obviously not who you normally get to fit a front door.
After fighting with Cala to get a new front door over the past two years, none of this comes as a surprise. Now just waiting for the bland response from Cala Customer Care, further delays and broken promises. All part of the Cala after sales service.

Recently purchased a house at Cornhill village with Carol and Neil and the buying experience has been fantastic. Responses are always prompt, clear and concise. They really have taken the stress away from buying a new house.

We have just bought our first home with Cala at Buckler's Park and the service we received was outstanding right from the get go. A special mention of Shyla who is one of the most warm and caring people you will ever meet. Of course everyone at Cala made the process enjoyable but Shyla went above and beyond what was required .Keep it up guys!!

We first decided to look at Cala homes back in July 2025 and went to the show room at Bucklers park where we met a very professional lady called Shyla who explained the process and showed us the properties that we we're interested in.
We ended up buying a a property on Hailwood Avenue which we are very happy with Shyla is a true professional at her job kind caring and knows her job inside out and as a company if you could clone her you would be unstoppable in the new housing development.

We recently had the pleasure of a visit from Andy Stevens, an operative from Cala Homes Chiltern, at our Cala home in Knights Grove, Newbury, in June 2026, to carry out reparative works. We are delighted to report that our experience was excellent throughout. Andy conducted himself in a highly professional manner, delivered work of an exceptional standard, and left the property clean and tidy upon completion. It was evident that he takes genuine pride in his work and is committed to providing the highest level of customer service.
