I didn't received my order on schedule…
I didn't received my order on schedule so decided to contact them. They got back to me promptly and the issue was that the parcel was delivered to my neighbor by mistake. I retrieved my parcel and the cushions are lovely. I'd like to give a shout out to Lucy from the CS team, she was friendly and professional.

Excellent items, exactly as pictured on the website. I ordered a set of cushions, two picture frames and also a throw. The accessories complete my bedroom and I am very happy with them all.

I bought 4 of the faux coffee table books. Unfortunately one of the items arrived damaged at one of the corners. When I got in touch, the customer services team couldn't have been more helpful. I spoke to a lovely lady called Louise and she promptly arranged for a replacement to be sent which arrived just a few days later.

They keep on reporting my review. Please do not order their delivery company delivered to the wrong address. Now I'm out of money no products and no resolution. This is not a reliable company Please avoid.
Update; I can confirm that the adress and picture stamp.is not mine. Basic common sense is a miss. The driver can stamp as being delivered to any adress. I can confirm that it's not my address

As previously stated, this was an exchange and the items were sent to the same address as we had previously used for the original order. We have dealt extensively with Evri on your behalf, but they have provided location stamped proof of delivery to the address provided, and which the previous parcel was successfully delivered to. We have escalated the matter and kept you informed, but there is nothing we can do if there is evidence that the item has been delivered.

Whilst they took a little longer than I'd expected to arrive (6 days), the communication was great when I asked for an update, and when the cushions arrived they were just perfect. Well worth the wait, and I have just ordered again, a different set for my bedroom.
