Awful service from Camden & Co
Wanted to cancel the order. They did not cancel it in time. Evri left the parcel on my doorstep when I was not home as my sofas had been changed so needed to amend the cushions. They gave the worst service and never helped me! Stuck with these new cushions brand new and unpacked which I do not need and they are not providing me woth the returns

Sorry you're not happy with the service, but you replied to the shipping email requesting to cancel your order - this obviously isn't possible once an order has already been shipped out as the items were on their way to you. Had you requested the cancellation before the order was sent then this wouldn't have been a problem. We then offered you an exchange for more suitable items as we were sympathetic to you ordering the wrong sofa, but you haven't responded to us or send the order back to us. This email was sent on the 3rd of June, and we have not had a reply. Without you doing so there isn't much we can do to help unfortunately.

Awful experience with Camden and Co
I had an awful experience with Camden and Co a few months ago. They refused to offer a refund within 14 days with no regards to distance selling regulations. They even lied and said the cushions were bespoke to try and get out of issuing a refund. After doing an google image search of the cushions to prove they were not bespoke I was shocked to discover their prices were ten times more than other retailers for exactly the same cushions! I quoted information from Which, the consumer council and government websites they still wouldn’t agree to a refund so I had to go through PayPal to resolve the issue. Refund was promptly agreed to once PayPal put the funds on hold. I want other people to know that they don’t accept returns or comply with distance selling regulations before getting caught out by this company.

Quality cushions and Delivery Perks
Bought some of the Jessica cushions for my living room which not only I found well fitting to the name but they were absolutely gorgeous and amazing quality. The free delivery was a happy bonus at the end. Will definitely be ordering from Camden & Co again!!!

1st purchase and last purchase
I would give this company zero stars if I could. First time purchasing from them and will never be using them again. Item arrived damaged due to being insufficiently packaged. I was offered an exchange or refund. I first opted for an exchange as was told stock would be replenished in a few days. Asked for update 2 weeks later - no response. Then asked for refund and was only refunded 75% of the total I paid. Emailed to ask for the remainder to be refunded and have had no response.

We're very sorry to hear that you weren't happy with your experience shopping with us. We do, however, feel the need to clarify a few points in relation to your order. The item was packaged sufficiently and we have had no other issues with this and similar products that have been packaged in the same way, so this was unfortunately a fluke incident where the item was damaged in transit through no fault of ours. We have no control over this, but sought to resolve the matter for you when it was brought to our attention. You were offered a refund or replacement, and were informed there would be a wait as the item had sold out. Initially you had indicated you would be happy to wait for the replacement, but then changed your mind to a refund. Your refund was subsequently processed. As the order was placed at a time when we had a promotional offer for free shipping, the item cost only was initially refunded, but when you emailed to alert us to the fact that you had paid for priority shipping as part of the original order, that cost was also refunded without hesitation and an apology sent for the oversight.
At no point have we ignored you or failed to address the issue. Whilst we accept and take on board all feedback, we don't feel this is an accurate reflection of our products and services as the issue was largely the fault of the shipping provider in this instance.

Excellent service!
My delivery was delayed with a supply issue and I was immediately offered a refund or wait for my order. Kelly was wonderful and kept me informed and as a thankyou for my patience sent a sample cushion cover with my order. Customer service is excellent and I would highly recommend this company.

It isn't specified in the listing that the cushions are feather filled, so I'm unsure where that expectation may have come from.
