Cameras By Max Reviews

Max sent my order so quickly (and I even got to see them packing it on their stories which was fun!) and I was really impressed by the items when they arrived. It was great to know I was buying a camera from someone super knowledgeable as this is a beginner camera for us and the download guide was really helpful - which Max resent to me really quickly after I lost it which again was really helpful. Can't wait to come shopping for more cameras in the future!

Excellent service. No Delays or waiting period, and Max was super easy to deal with and communicate with. They returned my vintage camera fully fixed and in better condition than I'd ever seen it in before.

Max is great, they're very knowledgeable and did a great job servicing my Olympus Trip 35. Fantastic and fast service!

I will be using Max again and recommending them to all my friends!

Max was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process. They were also incredibly quick which is always a bonus!

Fantastic place to get a Camera!
I recently purchased an Olympus Trip 35 and a camera strap. The camera was delivered faster than I expected and worked great. Just got my scans back, they look great, grateful to have bought the camera from a trusted place.
We had some issues with Royal Mail delivering the strap but Max replied to me quickly and was extremely helpful.
I would definitely recommend and will continue to shop from the site!

Amazing service! Super quick delivery and wonderfully packaged! Bought as a surprise gift for my boyfriend who was so thrilled! Bought the user guide for the camera and boyfriend said it was very helpful and informative. Appreciate that there is someone behind the website who can help us if we struggle! Can’t wait to buy from max again and excited for our first role of film to be developed!!

Max quickly diagnosed the problem with my Olympus and the turnaround time was fantastic. They kept in contact throughout and considering the level of service, the cost was very reasonable.

I can completely recommend Max for your camera repairs! Not only did they fix the issue I had with my camera but it’s now working better than ever before. Thanks Max ⭐️

I put in the wrong postcode and quickly emailed to let them know. Postcode was changed quickly and the camera arrived to the correct postcode. Great website. Great service. Great camera. Would recommend.

My Yashica T4 arrived and I was blown away by the condition - super happy. Love the packaging and little touches - you can tell Max really cares about the customer (which I will now be for life)!

I had an Olympus Trip 35 that I had attempted some repairs at, and didn't do a very good job. I threw the towel in and reached out to Max who worked magic on my little camera. It feels brand new again.

They kept me up to date throughout its repair/refurbishment and shipping was rapid back to me. I know where to come if I have anymore camera issues, thats for sure. Thank you Max!

Max was very professional in their assessment of my camera. Unfortunately, my camera was rusted inside which meant it couldn't be repaired, but I am still grateful to Max for providing me with advice on how to move forward. Following Max' assessment, my camera was packaged well and returned to me promptly. I will be returning to Max when I decide to purchase a new 35mm camera. Thanks, Max!

Just brilliant -- slight issue with the camera when it arrived -- returned, fixed and back with me in mere days. Can't ask for more!

Great shop! Very fast delivery, product is as described. Everything is packed with care and well protected.

Posted super quickly including a free roll of film to get started. Loved how easy to navigate the site is and the easy to digest info on each camera helping you to make your choice. Would purchase again from Max without hesitation!

I love the prompt response to my email query and the personal touch in the product packaging. The Minolta x300 camera came in ship shape! Looking forward to coming back again sometime soon.

Love the ethos of this company and if I can find via you what I need Amazon can do one 🤭

easy checkout, fast shipping and excellent condition

I’m very grateful for the amazing job Max did inspecting and servicing my Olympus 35 RD, as well as for the valuable and honest advice they provided. I really appreciate Max taking the time to answer my questions. Everything was carried out with great attention to detail, to the highest standard, and very promptly. Communication was clear, straightforward, and without delay.

I also bought some accessories from the Cameras By Max shop – all items were clearly described, of excellent quality, and arrived well-packaged in fully recyclable materials. The shop and the website as a whole deserve a special mention – easy to navigate, full of great accessories, and packed with useful information.

I highly recommend Cameras By Max and will definitely be a returning customer.

Good communication with staff regarding my suggestion of a possible variation in their mailing process, as well as during the wait for its arrival. Item arrived without delay, was as described and was in excellent condition. V. satisfied with service!
