This camera and service are junk
This camera and service are junk. Installed and bought ex trended cell service for an additional $300 the history does not open most of the time. The video is delayed. The “customer service” kept replying to my I want to return and cancel the service with excuses that lead to me getting beyond the 30 days for return. It’s junk. Beware.

Campark are probably one of the first companies to deal with, no backup service, they respond to a review, said they would replace faulty cameras and yet again nothing. Just emails go around and around, be warned. Don't touch campark products
I feel stupid for buying this thing
I feel stupid for buying this thing. I bought the 4G solar power starlight night vision TC27 trail camera. It worked for about an hour, although the way the camera turns is ridiculous, it goes up and down. If I turn the camera so the lens can turn side to side- the image is sideways and can't be flipped. Regardless- after an hour I get a message saying I have to pay for a 4G data plan. When I try to use the camera- that pops up every time and I can't use the damn thing without purchasing a subscription. I didn't spend 200.00 on a trail cam just to have to sign up for a subscription to get it to work. I'm so pissed- if you buy the products, be aware there is a hidden subscription plan needed to get it to work.

got merchandise back and wont refund money
i filed a claim with my bank over security system having missing parts and that campark did not tell me i had to pay 39.99 per month for the system, i begged campark for rma to return after a week i notified bank, after the bank went to campark they sent me rma, then stated not once but twice money was refunded to my stripe account, problem is don't have stripe account, refunds go back to how you paid them, now this company has system, my money and thinks it ok to steal, that is what i would call it when you recieved your merchandise back and refuse/lie on returning funds, what a total rip off this company is, hong kong don't buy

Impressive Quality
I’m writing this review to show that I am very impressed with CamPark cameras. I’ve been using a discontinued model for about 3-4 years now with no issues. The forest service here does control burns periodically to maintain the habitat, and I had two of these game cameras out without knowing that they were burning the area. These cameras continued to take pictures and videos with good quality in temperatures exceeding 172°F. The plastic in the outside of the cameras melted shut, preserving the internals and SD cards perfectly. The screens on both still turn on and the cameras still take pictures. So I am very pleased.

cheap unmarked camera - customer service lies. I received a boxed labeled "camera." was a bit shocked when I didn't see any Campark labeling on anything, not the box it came in, not the camera, nothing. I think what I received was a 3D printed version of something. I complained to customer service. They denied refund. They asked I send it back to them. I paid another $24 to UPS with tracking label. UPS said it was undeliverable as there was no nothing at the address provided by customer service. I told Campark this, they said they gave me the wrong address and asked I spend more money to ship it back to them to a different address. I refuse to continue this runaround as it's been going on for a month. I have yet to receive a refund and just get excuses on their end. Im under the impression this isn't a real company. Very frustrating. My experience is ongoing. Started March 15 2025

Missing part and when I got them much bigger than expected and did not cover area I wanted. When ask to return over 20 emails, got run around and lies about the distance they covered. They did not do the 30 days guarantee that are continuing to tell me what to do and try. I've been very blunt over wanting to return the cameras. I feel they are trying to waste the 30 days so I have to keep what I do not want. Total rip off!!!

Good experience with both cameras and customer service. The camera I ordered was out of stock. They offered a replacement that was fine for me, maybe even better than I expected.

I was sent two defective cameras and they won't let me return them
I was sent two defective cameras, and when attempting to return them, I am being met with resistance. They are trying to waste the 30 days I have to return them by giving me troubleshooting tips repeatedly via email after repeatedly telling them I want to return them. This company is a scam.

No chance of a warranty with THESE charlatans!
Bought a driveway alarm from them on eBay, with 2 solar transmitters. Supposed to be IP66 waterproof. Only installed one, as kept second as a spare. Stopped working after 3 months. Thought was because was partially under cover, and wasn't recharging, so moved the transmitter, but no success. So, flipped it over, opened the rubber bung, and was wet inside. Turned right way, and a heap of rusty water poured out of it. yeah, IP66 it is NOT! So, contacted them, and rather than replace under warranty, as it should be, tried charging me near full price for a replacement! WARRANTY, you idiots!! Do NOT trust these charlatans! They take your money and do not stand by their product! I mean, the manual even states "do not put in direct sunlight" for a solar powered product! Complete rip off! But anywhere else but Campark!
Oh, love the reply. So, if I buy it from your online store, you'd replace it within 12 months, but because I bought it on YOUR eBay store, there's no warranty? Or are you trying to say it's not your ebay store, when its name is Campark_direct? You think this is somehow justification for not honouring a warranty on your product? Not remotely. Just also let you know the second transmitter battery is dead on installation, cause some idiot at your company sent it out with the power switched on, in the sealed bag. This not your fault too? Also don't see too many happy people HERE who have also bought from your online store. Seems the service there is as bad as eBay. So, yeah....garbage products from a garbage seller.

They used to be honest years ago. They would replace a defective cam under warranty. But apparently they sold to another guy, who is a lying charlatan.
He eventually started stalling on answering emails, then stopped answering.
I called him out on this and here is his last email to me:
Dear customer,
Thanks for your reply.
Please return the whole unit (camera with all accessories) to the following address and tell us the tracking number.
(address in City of Industry, CA follows)
Then please pay us $40 so we will ship a new camera to you.
Please pay it to our account "________", after finishing the payment, please kindly tell us the transaction ID to arrange the shipment.

Campark excellent cameras and great customer support
I m a Campark consumer with 5 cameras. I recently had problem with a camera while it was still still under warranty and did a claim and they replaced the camera by sending me a new one without any cost . Perfect and I very satisfied with Campark
5 of 5 T200 solar cameras quit!
5 of 5 Campark T200 solar trail cameras all stopped taking photos. I contacted customer support and got transferred to Ruby. She provided troubleshooting steps and in following them found that two solar panels were not working and units won't work exclusively using AA batteries. I then asked to purchase two new solar panels and she said they don't sell them, try to find them somewhere else. They have no maintenance support for parts for this product which is unsatisfactory. Ruby was very little help!

Apple Car Play/Andriod system
I got the 9.26" Carplay system for one for my family's older car and it works great. Pretty easy to setup and it's nice to be able to have a back up camera for a car that doesn't have one and all the features of a car play system with an older car
Campark - rubbish products - complete lack of business ethics
I bought a Campark trail camera which failed after about 18 months. Zero customer support even though I was happy to pay for a repair. No spares available for 3rd party repairs.
Additionally Campark offered to give me a refund on the price of a new camera IF I wrote a review. This is a clear and blatantly open abuse of the review system and you should not trust any favourable review of Campark on this or any other review website.
I shall be contacting trading standards about this "pond life" company

I purchased a campark t70 trail camera a couple of years ago - I have used it maybe 20 hours on 3 occasions - and now it just does not work. Tried batteries, etc - the customer support has been horrid. My advice - beware these products!!

I bought 4 trail cams TC02
I bought 4 trail cams TC02. One was bad, would barely connect to my phone. I tried to find firmware on the website. It was not there. I contacted cs via email. They would not answer my questions about firmware. Weird. Tried to get replacement cam. Could not.
A scam website... never trust an online china store
They will let you complete your order, deduct your card, then telling you later that they cannot be delivered to the address.
They do refund you but with 3.5%fee.
The reason for the 3.5%:
"For credit card payment, a 3.5% handling fee will be deducted.
This handling fee is charged by the bank, not by us."
