Bought a Campark TC07 4K 60MP WiFi Solar Power Dual Lens Wildlife Camera Trail Camera, The Highest-Definition & Performance Game Cam from their website and it did not work right out the gate. The software on it is very clunky and cumbersome which makes trouble shooting very hard.

After contacting customer support within 30 days of the purchase and in the time frame of the "no questions asked money back guarantee" posted on their website, they provided me with some trouble shooting items. We did those and the camera was still not capturing movement or storing photos. Rinse and repeat this 3-4x.

I have been requesting a return for more than a week now and they keep shooting me the same troubleshooting tips that do not work.

This is a cheap, poor product even if the camera did work properly and not at all what I was expecting. The customer support was responsive, but was also brutal. I have told them directly that I am not doing anymore troubleshooting and I want to process a return in accordance with their policies and they refuse to even address it and will only provide the same troubleshooting techniques that we have done multiple time.

Their customer service also only responds in the middle of the night, so if you have a reply, you have to wait 24 hours to get the same instructions again.

Terrible experience, cheap and broken products, frustrating support. Everything they tout on their website is a sham. They are charlatans.

They sell fakes! If you buy a product you get something which looks like original on first glance but it is not! I purchased a V30 camera and it arrived in a box which had nothing to do with original Campark V30 box. Manual does not contain campark logos and contact emails are pointing to @yoomail.com. Only good news is that they sent something but quality is much lower than expected and I doubt there is a a warranty. I could buy one on regular Chinese website and probably would get the same thing for less.

Campark product RM05, it is a dashcam and a live rear view camera that streams direct to a HD screen that replaced the vehicles original rear vision mirror. It was a great idea, however the product was rubbish. The night vision feature stopped working at about the 8th month after purchase. I contacted the company and informed them, I supplied photo's to assist. They said they would send me a replacement rear camera. When they realised I was in Australia, they sent me a message claiming they didn't have a camera to send to Australia. I complained, they didn't care. That was it. I let it slide, but yesterday it annoyed me again. So I tried contacting them again. This time they said, "Sorry, product discontinued, hope you understand. They don't care that they have an obligation to honor the product warranty. Bunch of crooks, can't be trusted.

Customer service (Ruby) refused to respond to my technical inquiry and tells me to go to the store I bought it from. The owners manual directs you direct to Campark for support. Buyers beware!

Camera works very well. However, I emailed customer support and never received any assistance. No phone to contact them. One feature was not working. Camera take nice pictures. No customer support. I do not recommend this company.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! This wifi electronics company is not reputable. I purchased several wifi cameras. Straight out of the box the cameras did not function. Per their website, the state "Free shipping and returns!" However, when I attempted to return the cameras, Campark refused to refund me. Instead they wanted me to accept a replacement. To get a refund, I had to file a complaint with PayPal. One complaint, 30+ days, and $35 later for shipping out of my own pocket. PayPal finally refunded me the amount I paid. This was a terrible experience and I will never purchase anything from this company again.

Campark TC07 faulty solar battery.

I bought the TC07 on ebay and the cardboard tray, that held the camera in place within the box was crushed, not a good sign, cant even imagine how that is possible. It 'worked' for a few hours and then i am guessing the solar battery died, as it lost charge quickly, then wouldn't turn on at all. The picture quality was good, the sound capture is terrible. I will be spending a bit more and going with a better brand.

Bought a replacement TC07 and it too was faulty! Programmed it to record for several hours and it only recorded for a few hours before shutting off and not turning on :/

Honestly if you are looking for a reliable trail camera do not waste your money on the campark ptz 4g trail camera it’s unreliable customer service don’t bother getting back to you paid £140 for what I would class as a dummy camera avoid this model

Purchased a camera from these guys. They blamed the SIM for the problem. I purchased a cellular package and still had the same issues. I sent 15 emails to support to get this returned and money refunded. Still no success. I finally had to report to credit card as fraud to get money back. This is a very bad vendor.

I’ve had the wildlife camera just about 2 years and it hasn’t worked properly since I bought it, fool me I tried to persevere with it changing settings etc. I gave up on it and contacted campark who tried to help by making me purchase another SD card they said the card was the problem and it wasn’t. Paid £100 for this from Amazon and it’s not worth £10 if it only lasts 2years. They graciously offered me 10%discount on my next order.
Yes like I’m going to buy another one 🤷‍♂️

My Campark T80 Trail camera is UNRELIABLE. Buyers beware - this camera is identical to another one Called Hongc sold by Nexcam.
Purchased in May 2020 the screen has whited out completely.

Sorry, I am afraid that the camera is defective. But we noted that your order isn't under a 1-year warranty, so we are not able to send you a replacement, hope you understand. But we would like to invite you to review our other products.
The steps are very easy as followings:
1. Purchase the item we requested to test on Amazon.
2. Submit a product review
3. We will issue a refund within 3-5 days by PayPal after the review is online.
4. You can keep a free product. Do not return the goods(Or it's not good for both).
I would be a fool to buy an unreliable product. If they can offer me a refund why not replace my camera?

Campark T100. Camera out of box. Connected to DC. Downloaded android app on Xiaomi 10 2022. Does not connect to wi-fi or blue-tooth. Campark say it is CFC but use shot and picture saved to card. Will not take pictures or video automatically. I am tech savvy and confident that I have followed advice in manual. No contact details for Campark so no support. Completely useless. DO NOT BUY

Got t100 about year half ago. Opened it up other day to replace battery water inside compartment. Rusty battery connection battery’s rusted. Camera eye had moisture behind it worthless product. Of course it’s out of warranty. Buy another brand these are crap.looks like bad gasket inside problem!

I bought the campark camera and it worked for a week. There is no way to return or contact customer support> DO NOT BUY THIS CAMERA.

Buyer Beware
I purchased the 15" digital frame from Campark. We have 4500 photos on an SD card that we use on the frame. All photos are right-side up on the SD card, but more than half show up on the frame as sideways. I have asked Campark support about this and they said the frame is working as expected. I asked to return the frame and have now spent over a week trying to explain the issue. The suggestion from support is to sell it or gift it to a friend. This company might have great products and support in other areas, but don't buy their digital frame. You've been warned. :-)

Order CP-19489. Now 16 days since I ordered and paid for what was indicated as a stock item UK - T75 - camera, then informed actually out of stock UK but ONLY after I had chased. Communication slow and no phone number at all so email only??.
Offered alternative I do not want so stated preferred camera but ONLY if it included the separate remote control as required - T80 - and that it is now urgent OR cancel order and refund immediately. Still waiting for a reply and now multiple emails sent? Get this resolved or I will never use your products again. 28/01/2023 - Please note Lisa and as messaged multiple times, must have separate remote -T80 - or cancel and refund. 29/01/23 - Reply received to note alternative option I preferred does not have the separate remote I require to activate so yet again order cancellation and full refund requested! Dispute now started via PayPal on Campark’s ongoing refusal to cancel and refund my order.

i bought trail camera, got camera set it up on the app, but it would not connect to app. Hire a pro to do it and after three hours he gave up!
After weeks emailing customer support got no help, noone responds to you. No direct phone number, only an email which they don't respond to. Please buy this thru someone else this business is a sham.
