Order a different tent than what they put on my order, because they were out. Then they tried to tell me it was equal quality and price, which it WAS NOT.

Canadagrowsupplies is the best site for purchasing goods. I have bought Mini Fan(AC Infinity CLOUDRAY S6 Clip Fan with Auto Oscillation) recently and it arrived within five days. The quality of the fan was good as it mentioned in the description. I have inquired about few things from the customer care team and they have responded me quickly. I really appreciate this platform. I suggest to try on this site and get experience. Thanks for the team of this platform for giving suck service.

Edit: After what happened below, the issue has been resolved. Due to this I am changing the rating I initially gave them from 1 to 3 stars. Once someone got back to me after my many attempts at contact, I had a very positive experience. Since I had to contact them many times, wrote a review on here and wait a month, I am not giving it higher than a 3. The person I spoke to, Brandon was very nice on the phone and apologized for my challenges. He made sure the order was sent right away after that and gave me a $50 refund for the trouble. The package arrived a few business days later on May 8. So, now I am very happy I got the stuff and can use it to help my little friends grow. Thank you for correcting it!

I made an order on April 1st… have called and left a phone message (no response), sent an online message and received an email response 2 days later saying I should receive an email the next day with shipping information but that never happened. I responded to that email saying I did not receive shipping information and did not receive a response. I sent them another online message on April 20 letting them know I did not receive any shipping information and my order still says “unfulfilled” online and no response from company since then. I even asked if there was any issue with the order and no response to that. I have no idea what is happening and whether this company actually intends to fulfill the order. The only thing they have successfully done is take the $212.58 off my visa. The only thing I have gotten in return is absolutely terrible customer service and no answers. This is not a legit company. The positive reviews on here must be from people who “work” here or friends and family of the scammers.

I have emailed you at that address (April 17) and did not receive a response. I also left a voicemail for you guys, to which I did not receive a response (beginning of April). But yes I will email you again.

Update:
Sent another email as suggested on Apr 28/23 and have not received a response. Today is May 1/23.

Ordered February 24, order finally arrived April 24. Had to email and phone several times.
UPDATE... after I ordered I was told you would be getting more pumps in about ONE week, NOT 6 WEEKS. I was ok waiting for 1 week, had you told me it would be 6 I would have canceled my order.

If you want solid prices on nutrients and AC Infinity, this shop right here has it all.

I thought they scammned me but after a bad review here and some patience they finally sent my order. Not sure I'll order again.

Placed order 6 weeks ago. Company indicated should be delivered About Mar6. No delivery yet . No response to emails , live chats asking where is my order. Mail box for phone always full. Very frustrating as they have my money and I need the products. I have ordered twice in the past with no complaints. Frustrated and disappointed.

Placed an order on Feb 20. Have never ordered from here so only ordered 1 item. After hearing nothing for over 2 weeks, I emailed them asking for an update. March 8th they replied & said there was a discrepancy in their inventory and cancelled my order. They’ve now increased the product amount on the site and it’s still showing available. Scam.

Tried these guys for the 1st time back in 2021, been their client since then. Customer service is great, you call they answer. Went to pickup some order in store today and had a chance to chat with their master grower. Knowledgeable and fun guy.

Worse than any online store the customer service sucks big time shipping time to I order 4 different items they started shipping after 10 business days and just 1item at the time and they send the wrong item garbage online store. Now they contact trustpilot for help so they can delete my account or just delete my review I being having problems with the same store and no for the same purchase the las email the I got from them was telling me that they don’t want my business that if I male any purchase they will return the money but they keep sending me emails with discount promotions and other things so I go purchase what I need I pay for it it make a mistake with my order I contact them 3 days after my purchase they haven’t shipped anything at the time then they start sending one by one I order 4 items in the same purchase on the 26 of june now is the 21 of July and I’m waiting for the the item is just on the way lol this store is a jock and they saying the I’m ruining a family business you are the want doing that to your family no being honest and stop sending me emails with promotions if you don’t want my business like you said

Between corresponding emails with Brad and Brandon my order has been fulfilled above my satisfaction. Customer service is on point and I highly recommend dealing with this company.

J’utilise leur site web pour commander tous mes équipements de jardin. A date, A+ comme service. Ca fait déjà 4 commandes avec eux et ils sont tous arrivés rapidement apart ma commande de Gaïa Green mais il y avait des délais avec leur fournisseur. Merci à vous canada grow supplies.

Great product selection. I ordered a Secret Jardin tent and it was shipped within 24 hours and delivered within 5 days from another province.

I’ve been using Canada Grow Supplies for two months now and will keep using them. Speed is everything in this business and most of these websites just don’t have it!
