Secret Jardin Dr240
Ordered a Secret Jardin Dr240 it’s been over a month and still haven’t received a shipping notification. All I have been getting is the run around from mr. Brad A. Don’t bother calling the 1-800 # because no one picks up. If they didn’t have it in stock they shouldn’t have sold the product. Delivery update… a product has been delivered, incorrect they sent me the 8x4 instead of the 8x8. Update: my order has been rectified. Brad has stuck by me helping me along the way.

I have had the wrost experience…
I have had the wrost experience ordering anything ever from this place .i ordered a grow tent ...it wouldn't except my address so brad "helped" me ...he did all the address for me i etransfered him the 172 ..he guaranteed 10 day delivery .. after 10 days i emailed him abot the tracking number he ignored my emails ... after a month no tent i emailed the company and got Brandon ....he sent tracking number finally.... went to fed ex ... package went back to manufacture... i emailed again aski g for a replacement tent got no answer .brandon stopped returning my emails after telling me he would check in every couple o days to make sure i have the tent and a good experience... now its been 2 and a half months ....no tent....finally asked for a refund ...and the refunded me the wrong amount .. i have a reciept for 172... the refunded me 149.99. the wrost experience ordering stuff ever.. as for great customer service and easy return police the page says is a complete lie ..

Your tent was sent to you after having agreed to pay under our cost price, to make sure you are happy with it. We delivered the tent to you and FedEx attempted to deliver the tent over 3 times over 3 weeks. One month later, you came back to us saying you did not see the paper that was slipped under your door.
We made a mistake on the refund and adjusted the refund afterwards. Unfortunately, the tent went back to the warehouse and we currently have none of that tent in stock.
Despite warning you about all these issues through emails, we still decided we were going to send you a free tent once we receive it in stock. If you like to discuss more please feel free to email us at info@canadagrowsupplies.com.

Don’t buy from this company
I wouldn’t advise anyone to buy from this company. On January 1, 2022, I made an online purchase, plus shipping, the total was over $200. I was assured that my order was being processed and that I would be receiving my tracking number imminently. That was on January 6. Since then, they have ignored my communication attempts. It is now January 12, 2022. I feel scammed.
*Edit. The product was shipped to me 3 days after I requested that my order be canceled. But at least I finally received it.

Initially I wrote a scathing review. I deleted it though! I can't fault the company for a shipping error. CGS went above and beyond to make things right. They refunded me, shipped me a new item and allowed me to pay for it after it was shipped and offered a discount! Great pricing and great sales. This will be my new go to online store for grow supplies.

At first i thought i got scammed, but ended up being 100% legit after receiving email and phone call. Received my order pretty quick. Prices are pretty darn good compared to a lot of other sites. Will for sure be ordering from them again.
