Locked out of paid account for weeks (Ref ID: 299996544088) - No response from support
I paid $9.99 on September 17, 2026 (Order ID: 33661132 / Ref ID: 299996544088) and uploaded all my required documents to the platform.
Shortly after, I was locked out of my account. The "Forgot Password" feature on the portal does not work and never sends a reset link to my email. I sent an email to customer support (csr@.. on September 29, but almost a month later, I have received no human response—only automated marketing emails demanding more payment to continue.
I need support to manually reset my password and restore access to my paid profile immediately.

This is a SCAM. I applyed for a TOURIST visa and they charged me ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS after my first payment. Then I received mails asking for more money saying "hurry to mantain your discount, cause it's $1,020 usd for your STUDENT visa". I tried to reach them but it was impossible... untill I talked with my bank, they told me to make a formal complain and suddenly I received a couple of calls from canada but they "never hear me". BE CAREFULL.
