Ghosters after you pay them
I paid a total of approximately USD 4500 to this company. In my experience, they were very responsive and persistent before receiving payment, but after the payments were completed, the level of support and communication changed significantly. I did not receive the level of service I expected and started looking like they didn't really cared about the process.
I have repeatedly requested a refund, but my issue has still not been resolved as they are not responding my emails.
Looking back, my biggest mistake was not applying directly through the official Government of Canada website. Instead, I relied on positive online reviews (probably paid bots) and decided to use this company. I regret that decision and have lost a significant amount of my hard-earned money.
I cannot be sure how long this review will remain available.
My advice to anyone considering this website is simple: please do your own research, verify information carefully, and never make payments without fully understanding what you are paying for. Don't rely solely on positive online reviews when making your decision.
Everything I have written here reflects my personal experience and multiple others that are in the same circumstances, and I have supporting documents, including payment records and communications, to substantiate my account if required.
I sincerely hope that others will take the time to think carefully before making such an important financial decision. I do not want anyone else to lose their hard-earned money based on expectations that, in my experience, were not met.
