I called eTransfers twice while I was staying in Cancun!
Very helpful and nice operator and drivers! And punctual

Angel was great and I had no problems once I made my way through the airport. I only waited about 10 minutes. Communication was a bit unclear since they go by the name e-transfers as well and additional emails with instructions came after I had finished using their service. Too many confusing emails, but the actual service was great.

Pesimo servicio, le dije que necesitaba volver a hacer la reservación para pagar con otro método de pago y me dijeron que si quería usará esa o que si no mejor buscará el servicio con otro proveedor

The shuttle took me to the hotel room from the airport without a long wait even though I was the only person on the shuttle.. Same going back. He was exactly on time for pickup

Booked “premium private transfer” when we arrived were told driver stuck in traffic. Then told we were fifth in line for private shuttle. Then told call customer service finally gave up and had to pay for a different ride

The driver was punctual and pleasant to speak to. The vehicle was clean. The drive to the airport was very safe and had good timing.

Great email instructions. Easy to find them at the Cancun airport. Only waited about 10 min for the driver once we met the host. Just is on the private van we reserved. They did a nice job and exactly what was promised.

The staff was not friendly and wasn't helpful or welcoming. They were aggressively rude. However the booking process was pretty easy and fair.

I ONLY use this company for my travels in Cancun . You can’t beat the prices , very easy to find in the craziness of the airport and overall havnt had any issues or problems . The staff is very accommodating but overall the safeness being and solo traveler is what tops it all .

Quick Response to question, easy to make changes if required

SCAM- BOOK WITH SOMEONE ELSE. We booked a private shuttle from Cancun airport to Tulum. We found the agent easily. She told us no cars were ready due to traffic and to wait 20mins. After an hour and a half there were now 3 separate parties including us that had all booked and paid for private car services, none of which were there. At this point the agent said our choices were to share the one car with all 3 parties or be left at the airport. We agreed to share if there was a refund to be issued and were provided a WhatsApp number for refund. No refund provided, customer service offered %20 off if I pre-book another trip. No thanks- I’ll never be booking this scamming company again and buyers should beware.
