On time, friendly driver, comfortable ride

eTransfers provided us top notch service from the airport to our hotel in a clean and safe van. We were able to book easily with staff who communicated well for pick up from the airport as well as the return trip from the hotel. The best part was the LOW PRICE, easily beating out all other options we explored. We will definitely be using them again and will be sharing their service with others traveling from the airport in Cancun.

If I could give you ZERO stars I DEFINITELY would!!! Your company is deceitful to say the LEAST. I booked online for an individual roundtrip transfer for 79.99. Once I arrived and located the agent, he informed me that a car was not available for 2 hours minimum. He instructed me to call and cancel my reservation. He said they could not do it at the counter. So he then brought another company’s agent to me and said they have a car right now for $175. So we went back and forth because at this point I knew I was being scammed. I talked her down to $80 just so I could get to my resort. Your rep kept trying to get her to stop talking to me because I was telling that that this was a scam and I was not paying that. I said to her, “why is he telling you what to do I thought you don’t work for him?” So I paid ($80) cash mind you. She then had me and another couple follow her around the building at this point I thought “am I about to be a victim of human trafficking”! I was so nervous that I texted my family to tell them what was going on and I turned my video on. WELL SHE WALKED US BOTH STRAIGHT TO TWO “eTransfers” CARS THAT WERE WAITING IN THE BACK. See my profile picture of the tag. SMDH. PLEASE ANYONE READING THIS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I highly recommend Etransfers Shuttle. I called them less than 24 hrs for an earlier pickup time due to flight changed. They were super helpful and changed it for me within seconds. They have a distinctive stall right outside of the gate and friendly staff who verified my booking and ID. Then we were directed to the our private shuttle van. On the departure day the driver came on time and we got there about 3 hrs prior to departure time. Overall very smooth and eased our stress as it’s our first time visiting Mexico. I’ll definitely use their service again when I visit Mexico next time!

Hola, he utilizado Etransfer’s por años, excelente servicio de comunicación, sin embargo en esta ocasión el conductor estuvo pésimo, manejando con poca precaución muy sobre los límites de velocidad, soltando el volante, tomando llamadas personales entre otras situaciones que no están a la par del excelente servicio recibido en múltiples ocasiones, gracias

Service was good. Had to Wait for around 5 minutes for the vehicle.

Very professional and friendly stuff. Great driver and drive safely.

Pick up at the airport was acceptable. Wait time about 15-20 minutes. Drivers excellent. Van was comfortable.
Pickup was late by 19 minutes. Company did not reach out to let us know about the delay. Called service multiple times but never received an accurate time the van would arrive. For $240 We expected excellence. When you have a two hour ride to get back to the airport you need to be notified if your pickup time has been delayed. This kind of service was disappointing.
