Los 4 transfers que contratamos fueron muy puntuales. Los choferes super amables y el transporte muy cómodo y limpio.

The service itself was good—on time and everything went smoothly. My concern isn’t with the driver or the service but with your company’s pay structure. Why don’t you provide drivers with a fair wage instead of relying on constant tipping prompts on your website and car signs? It gives the impression that tips are their primary source of income. Isn’t the driver an employee of your company? We already paid $80 for the transfer, yet the messaging makes it feel like we’re being guilted into paying extra, even though we assumed the fare covered the driver’s compensation.

Reserving my transport with e-transfers was easy and they helped me through each step.

Actually observe the area they are picking up from and see issues vs just leaving their paid client stranded!

Al tratar de reservar nunca se pudo porque su página no avanzaba una vez que quería hacer el pago, así que desistí y contraté otra empresa, luego me mandaron correos y llamadas para hacer el pago, " aún después de ya haber viajado"

I booked and paid a premium price for a Suburban or like luxury SUV that seats 5 people (exactly as the eTransfers website says with a picture of a Suburban). For those who have been to Cancun, the luxury SUV is either a Suburban or Ford Expedition. What showed up was a Nissan X-Trail that at most could squeeze in 4 passengers. I contacted the service and they told me that it was the vehicle I'd receive and to board or to lose my ride. When I requested at minimum a partial refund, I was told that there was no recourse and no refund would be issued. We had used eTransfer private vans several times in the past without issue. This time around, I was scammed by eTransfers. I do not recommend, and will not use in the future.

The eTransfers drivers have always been very courteous, and in this specific situation the drive was very kind and empathetic to the situation.

No glitches processing my reservations.The price was very good also.

Difficult communications. Never received pick up to get back to the airport.

Una excelente atención por parte de los conductores, el único inconveniente fue el retardo en el traslado del aeropuerto al Hotel, por aproximadamente 25 minutos.
Fuera de ello, todo excelente

The driver was late and he had to take me to the airport for an international flight. There was so much traffic, the trip took 2:30 hours rather than 1:30.
I thought I was going to miss my flight.
If you see that morning there’s traffic communicate with your client ask them to anticipate your ride explaining the situation. Don’t be late at least!!!

En cuanto lleguen a cancun o antes de su viaje, reservar online, en el aeropuerto las personas te cobran casi el doble o triple del precio.
Tardó un poco en llegar y el auto no era de lujo, pero bueno el chofer amable y el precio "considerablemente mas económico que los otros".

Quick and easy. Unfortunately we forgot a waterbottle and our 2 travel pillows in the car somehow and though I tried to chase the car down I wasn't able to catch it.

On time, professional, and a great price. Will definitely use them again when I’m back in Mexico.

My pick up was horrible. Besides it not being anything like described in the original email: uniformed driver greeting me with a clearly identifiable sign with my name on it, I had to find a representative, then one who spoke English, then one who seemed to have a clue as to what's going on, and after 20+ minutes of these individuals talking among themselves and make phone calls, finally another person told me my car would be here in 10-15 minutes. About 20 minutes later the same man told me we needed to go to the other side of the airport, so I dragged my luggage (he didn't help) over there and after another round of discussion I was placed in a van. I then asked about the 6 waters and/or beers I was told would be in my car (I even followed up with Gerom S who verified they would be there) and was told they forgot them (one driver told my you never provide them, that offer is total BS). After sitting in the van for 5 minutes, I was told to leave the van and I was moved to a car that finally, after over 45 minutes, took me to my destination. I rate that as a HORRIBLE experience. I'm giving 2-stars on because the ride back was fine.
