Good delivery for top up, even if needed a nudge
Recently ordered a top up for salt, had to wait quite a bit for delivery but the frustrating part was I didn't get the email with receipt and couldn't really track the progress - so ended up calling. Product and help on the call - all good but a bit to improve.

When ordering via our website you should receive an automatic confirmation email (this does sometimes end up in Junk mail) - this would be considered your receipt of purchase.
Our delivery time is 7-10 working days, which your salt was delivered within. Unfortunately we do not offer tracking as we do not use a third party for our deliveries. We carry out all deliveries ourselves. Although this is something we could take into consideration.

Very helpful and courteous company
Very helpful and courteous company. There was a slight problem with delivery time but they were happy to resolve the issue and this was the first time there had been a problem, having used them on numerous occasions over the past 3 years. Highly recommended.
