What a joke. Deposited 30.00 won 2500 fair and square. 15d later I'm over it

Zero if you had it get free spins and won the max 500.00 dollars then tell you the withdrawal was denied because of using to many free offers. Don't offer something if you're not going to payout

As many of the reviews state, Captain Jacks is deceptive, dishonest and should not be allowed to fleece people. They make it very easy to gamble in the site, but deny you the money you e won. I literally entered my verification information 6-7 times only to have it not accepted. Then I got notice they accepted it but when I tried to cash out I was asked again to submit my verification and the process started over. Even when bonus amounts were accounted for, I was still owed $250. When I finally got help via chat, they told me the money was not cashable. WTF? They are so blatantly dishonest it’s disgusting. Fool me once! This racket is likely taking in lots of money off of deceptive marketing. But it’s more the fact that they deceive and rob people that’s heartless. Captain Jack’s and the folks who run it and work there pushing lies are the parasites of the gambling world. The odds are in their favor yet their greed is voracious.

They send you free spins and free chips all the time in your email. Come to find out, if you use more than one of these and someday you happen to get enough to cash out, and it clearly says you have a withdrawable balance, so you withdraw and wait and wait for nothing because they dont let you withdraw it. It's my opinion that if you give someone Freeplay they should be able to withdraw it. If you dont want someone using more than one Freeplay.. DONT SEND MORE THAN ONE FREEPLAY. I won on a no deposit bonus which made me make a deposit anyway and they have stolen my winnings and won't let me withdraw. They are downright criminals and thieves.

I have emailed and texts regarding multiple times regarding my withdrawal of $1000. I have met all the requirements and still can’t get them to wire my bank account. I have an email stating it was approved. The live chat always tells me that my case is escalated.

They are scammers they are liars someone created an account underneath my name and compromised my bank cards and spent $1,399.75 to them and I’m trying to get my money back and they have been ignoring my emails have blocked me from live chat they said they were sending me a payment to my bank won’t respond to what bank or how much the payment is coming back to me they have a worker up there by the name of Brandon Mitchell and he ran my cards multiple times for outrageous amounts like for example one charge was for $928 I have a bunch of screenshots of what he did I’m so pissed right now I want my money back for the transactions I didn’t do and want them pieces of shits to answer my god damn emails

Major issues with the required spending on sc to make it back, but in general ( I have all the screenshots still) I’ve one almost 1000 a few times but they always found a way to cut it down insanely, from 800 to 300 or even just a 300 dollar win to 50. Over “promos and codes for spins?” Which hey I get I got a promo spend 20 get 60 w/e but how does a 1000 turn into less than 400??? This was in Indiana and now I’m in Nebraska this website is practically banned here and not recommended so idk. Was going to get back into it but my state says “f” screw that, and we just got sports betting and casinos in general just to help the state progress finally

Don’t waste your time with captain jack. You’ll feel like you won big the. You get paid and it’s always problems. I used captain for two years and sure a lot of digging but I saved everything because I fought them with there on material and policies.

I won $1000 in Nov 2024. It took close to 2 months until I only received $390 thru crypto. I went to the LCB.org and asked them intervene to help me get the $ I won. Of course they found ways and had "reasons" why I wouldn't be paid out the amount I won. I even thought why not play the free $ for spins they give everyday and I won another $200. Of course they told me since it was played from my original winnings I will not be allowed to cash out those winnings. They are a scam casino. They refuse to payout out what the players owed. I'm a fool for not listening to the reviews here. Actually won with the free spins I was given, completed the playthrough and kept my withdrawal under the maximum cash out, but of course they found a way to not pay out. They said the reason was because they sent me free spins before so now the free spins I got today were worthless and no funds once soever could be withdrawn. I won $1500 on Christmas Day 2024. On February fourth, I got an email saying that I would get my payment at 7 to 10 business days and then contacted Captain Jack and they said it was deposited on February 14. I never got it.
