Great service, I was instantly Informed about about a card that unfortunately wasn't in stock after purchase, only a couple quid. Was informed that a refund of the card and postage will be with me and a few days later it was refunded. Honestly great website 👌

I put through a pre order as normal for mtg I think it was 2 months early so fairly far away from the delivery date proposed. No problems so far, I emailed in August forbs update reminder on when to expect the package, they replied 2 days later which I'm happy about saying the expected date of shipping as well as a possibility of it being a day behind due to how they'd get the item in again no problems there very happy.

Only problem is it's 5 days past the date I was supposed to get a tracking number and I've sent a follow up email a few days ago asking for an update as well as one midway through today. Understandably quantity of emails and workload that may lead to slow responses but 5 days is a bit far of the scale when it comes to no tracking numbers or no updates. As it stands I don't even know if I have a parcel anymore. If it was something relatively cheap I'd not be phased but it was a pricey order and a gift.

If this gets resolved within the next few days I'll pop in the updates and resolutions.

Update: I've had an email from Tom and an explanation as well as a tracking code, all now to do it to wait for the parcel but either wya happy days thank you for explaining 😊

The order was delivered to the wrong address, even after responding to royal mail they did not respond.

Brilliant, ordered some singles that I couldn't find anywhere else, all came in genuine near mint and I ordered cards from 2008! Priced as they should be.

Patient and welcoming staff, with space to play casual and competitive card games, with regular events for all different types: pokemon, flesh and blood, magic the gathering, etc…

Well, the card quality is good, the packaging kept everything safe and secure, and the prices on this website are very impressive. However I feel it important to emphasise the shipping issues. I was waiting a considerable amount of time with little to no updates, which was very frustrating at points. Shop here if you want good prices and good quality, but be ready to wait.

Absolutely love this store to bits. I visit a few times per week playing in their local events and I've always left with a smile on my face. Along with their wide selection of singles and sealed product I always know they have majority on what I need for any game I plan of playing. Would 100% recommend to anyone even remotely interested in TCGs
