I ordered the Eldrazi Incursion collector precon but was told that due to a stock issue this was going to be late. After multiple weeks of chasing, I was given a refund but told the deck would still be sent as good will. I have had no further responses to chases and no product. I will not be using them in the future, honestly one of the worst online experiences I've had, very disappointed.

Some of nicest and most helpful people around, love their dedication to their customers and getting the best results for them.

Ordered from here and cards took very long to turn up, emailed back but my email got sent to spam, when took up issue with paypal owner was very quick to respond, explain, offer refund and also gave me a voucher for the issues caused
upset cards never arrived however owner handled situation professionally

Great company and all the stuff arrived in perfect condition very happy! Items took a while to ship though I believe that was down to the shipping companies rather than Card Goblin itself, emailed them about it and were very friendly and responsive on the matter! Very reasonably priced and would definitely recommend for UK card buyers!!!

Cards always come mint condition but takes a while to get to you ! My only gripe I guess ! So if your thinking of building a deck and wanna use it that week order a week in advance before you build it 🤷🏼‍♂️

I’m not usually one for leaving negative reviews however, my experience with this company deserved it and I would not use again. Spent over £100 with them, waited a week and my order did not get dispatched. Sent an email and was informed there was an issue their end with admin and they didn’t realise I had placed my order. A few days later it was marked as dispatched however, no tracking number was provided. After 2 weeks I emailed again to state the order still hadn’t arrived and asked for tracking number. The mention of a tracking number was ignored and was told they’d contact Royal Mail to investigate. Still nothing had arrived a week later and after another 2 instances of me asking for a tracking number during an email - this was still avoided and eventually I had to ask for a refund which I was provided. As a sign of good will I was offered a free booster box due to all the issues however, this also was never sent or received by myself. Due to the avoidance of addressing the tracking number I assume the item was never sent and sold at an event with them forgetting to take off their store. Which I would have preferred an honest answer rather than them having over £100 of my money for almost a month. As someone who has ran a store of the same nature for 3+ years i wouldn’t do this to a customer, nor promise them a free box as an apology and not follow through. I have advised our customers to be careful with this store following our negative experience.
