Our experience with Cardinal Finance was a positive experience thanks to the diligence of two employees who worked on our case. We were first approached by Chase who asked us if their agency could help us through a refinance after we were severely scared by another company and almost lost our home. Michael O'Hara then stepped in and helped us refinance our home through Cardinal Finance at a much lower rate of interest, lower monthly payments and no balloon payments. Michael O'Hara I s a true caring individual. He is very professional but helps people because he cares and does not treat individuals like they are inadequate because they don't understand procedures or forms.
All individuals who helped us through our refinance were kind and helpful. Working with Cardinal Finance was a positive experience

I have a home loan with Cardinal Financial. My insurance was not paid out of my escrow and now have been giving an oh well by the company who advised the check was sent. The insurance company stated they never received the check and my insurance is now canceled. Cardinal has been called multiple times and wont do anything to resolve this issue. Now my insurance is canceled, my rate will go up due to lapse in coverage and Cardinal won't lift a finger to do anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! And since my insurance has lapsed, I can't get coverage anywhere.

people at cardinal are not on the same page and the changed loan officers so the new loaner was not updated and they do understand the state have different requirements and different laws and still have seen my refund which was out of pocket for an appraisal never happened said was an order for appraisal wait home for three days nothing no very professional

Brian followed up with us to the detail the whole way through our new build timeline (9months!), proactively gave us heads up info, answered all of our questions and concerns, and worked with us through the finish line - not to mention very quick funding, said the Title Company - while making our experience totally enjoyable and personable! We cannot say this about other lenders we’ve worked with!! :)

Jim was so incredibly helpful before, throughout and after our home buying experience! Honestly, nothing negative to say, he was there to answer any questions and always made sure we knew exactly what was happening and what to expect next.
