Cheerful, helpful staff
Spoke to Amy and Fizza Hussain as wanted a few queries answered before purchasing this for my mum. My sister had also called to ask a few questions. We were both impressed with how pleasant, cheerful and helpful all the people we spoke to were. They had all the information we needed and were patient with us bombarding them with questions. Very happy with the service we have received.

We have a careline provided by Careium and needed one of the call buttons replacing with a falls sensor.
An appointment was made for a visit on the 9th July,and Luke came to sort things out for us.
Luke provided a full and comprehensive explanation and demonstration of how the alarm button works.
Luke is a very pleasant and personable young man, providing a professional service, with care and empathy.
We highly recommend Luke and Careium and have every faith in their services going forward.

I would just like to say what a brilliant company this is with super staff especially Nasreen Akhtar and Nick Fennelly who looked after my dad so well when he fell and couldn’t get up. They made him feel safe and comfortable and explained exactly what was happening step by step. There was no rush once he was upright they made sure he felt ok before moving into his chair. This was all done safely in a kind friendly manner with some humour too which my dad loves. Special thanks to Nick who came to help with the equipment even though he had just finished his shift. We can highly recommend careium thank you so much. 😊

Pendant alarm

Amy was fabulous
I dealt with Amy today, who was extremely pleasant and helpful. Amy sorted my issue straight away- it was something that I was thinking may not be straightforward but Amy sorted quickly and efficiently. I really appreciate the great service ans hopefully will continue to go smoothly when we get our new kit!

Careline alarm replacement
Luke came to replace my elderly uncle's care line alarm. He was courteous and explained everything extremely well. He also set up some extra features that we may want to use. Overall a friendly and professional service. I would happily recommend this company.

Luke May technician - Careium
Luke May technician came today to fit my mothers lifeline pendant which was recommended by gateway to care due to ly mothers recent falls.
He was friendly and welcoming uppn arrival and extremely professional and boundaried when my mother’s husband was challenging and hostile regards the fitting.
Luke handled this very calmly and worked way above his time.
I would highly recommend Luke into anybody's home to complete the fittings.

Cancelling upon bereavement
When I called to cancel my late mother's account it took a while for the phone to be answered. However, once I spoke to Yvonne she dealt with my request quickly and very kindly, so I felt that was one thing I didn't need to worry about any more.

Ahmad Valli, did what he said he would do.
That meant arranging the quick replacement of the faulty fall wrist alarm and checking it’s operation once it had arrived and seeing through the return on the faulty unit.

Francis was fantastic!
Francis Afawli came to fit an alarm for my dad and he was very kind, patient, professional, and efficient. He explained to my dad how the alarm works in a way my dad understood, despite his dementia. Thank you Francis, you are a credit to Careium, and a good human being!

My mother had a personal alarm from Careium and always received an instant response whenever it was triggered day or night which gave her and us reassurance that help was on it's way.

Very happy with Carium services
We have found that this service has given us peace of mind for my elderly mother. Everyone has been professional and kind and when things have gone wrong have done their best to sort things promptly. I spoke to Yvonne Szugeti today and she was kind and compassionate to our circumstances. I appreciated the confirmation email regarding the cancellation of using the the service too.
