Renewal was pretty straightforward. Could have made it clearer that you have to click RENEW instead of CHANGE to modify your cover for the next year.

Easy to compare different options…
Easy to compare different options (wordwide vs European, single trip vs annual) and purchase. I've fortunately never had to claim, so can't comment on their service. Price seems reasonable, but I don't know what other providers charge. Definitely better than using the hire companies' option.

Just to clarify, our policy provides car hire excess cover and does not include primary liability or third-party liability insurance. If you require liability cover, this would need to be arranged through your car hire provider or another insurer. We do offer Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), which can provide additional liability protection where available.
