Good insurance
The insurance seems to be adequate but at the moment we have not had to use them for any claims hence the rating, also if the policy does what it says then it's a very competitive rate for 4 family drivers

No response after trying to report a claim!
Spent ages trying to enter details of a claim, it would not upload via the website, sent an email reporting the issue a week ago, received a sorry we are very busy response, we will get back to you and don't sent duplicate emails. Still nothing! Can't get through on the phone. Noticed a few other similar issues on Trust Pilot , be wary !!
