I am really happy with my dressing table. It looks lovely, feels sturdy, and was easy to put together. It’s the perfect size and has plenty of space for my makeup and accessories. Great quality for the price and exactly what I was hoping for.

Never ending issues and complete hassle!
Oh where to begin with this nightmare company! I ordered a dressing table including a chair and mirror. The chair arrived with faulty clearly written on the packaging and was in fact faulty and had obviously fallen apart previously due to the poor quality. The mirror had scratches on it and the table had various dents and chips, and I didn’t even need to take any of it out of the packaging to see all the obvious faults. They offered me a mere £50 to keep the items but this was insulting considering how much I had originally paid. It is certainly not luxury as advertised and if you are expecting it to be, then you will be very disappointed. I ultimately decided to return the items as it just wasn’t worth what I had paid. Unfortunately the courier only collects from Tuesday to Friday and therefore I had to take a day off work to wait in all day for the pick up as they won’t give you a slot for when it could arrive. I shouldn’t have had to do this. It was all a complete waste of time and I would not recommend at all! Please save your money and buy elsewhere!

This is certainly not the standard we aim to deliver to our customers. We sincerely apologise that the items you received arrived in a condition that did not meet expectations. We understand how frustrating it must have been to receive products with visible damage and faults.
Unfortunately, on this occasion the parcels not arrive at the same time, this can sometimes lead to packages being handled separately while moving through the delivery network even though we had despatch all 3 units same day.
We are also very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the collection process and the need for you to take time off work. We understand how disruptive that can be and appreciate your patience while arranging the return. It again is out of our control for courier might show up anytime from 9 to 6 depends on traffic condition.
Your feedback is extremely important to us and has been shared with both our warehouse and the courier so we can review what happened and work to prevent similar situations in the future.

I purchased a console/ dressing table. It’s not quite as ‘high end’ as I expected, draws are a little stiff and handles plastic not metal. But overall a nice looking table that is useful.

Issues, but would still recommend.
I recently purchased the Lara Mocha dressing table and the Riley mirror.
Cons: (1) I'd paid for next day delivery but that was not honoured. (2) There were scuffs and dents on the table (I was disappointed but overall decided I could live with it - thereafter I noticed the middle/right drawer sometimes doesn't stay closed so you have to jig it a little bit). (3) The mirror wasn't delivered on time due to, I'm told, warehouse errors but did arrive after some back and forth with customer service. (4) The mirror doesn't always stay vertical for some reason. It tilts forward of its own accord.
Pros: (1) Despite the cons, the items to look really nice. The quality might not be impeccable BUT it is still very nice. (2) The customer service team is VERY responsive; I was able to resolve the issues quickly and to my satisfaction.
Overall, I'd still recommend them and might purchase again in future as I may just have been unlucky!

Outstanding Customer Service!
The customer service I received from Amos was absolutely outstanding. I ordered a mirror, dressing table and stool for my daughter before Christmas. They were all absolutely lovely but there were a few quality issues. Amos dealt with the issues promptly and followed everything through until it was fully resolved. Emails were usually responded to within a couple of hours. Carme really care about there customers and I will definitely buy from them again. A honourable and decent company paired with lovely products. Highly recommended.

Honestly, for a mirror that cost £140 wasn’t really worth £20 it was cheap dented and not made well, it looks like the photo just made extremely cheaply and looks and feels cheap - wouldn’t recommend

Silver laguna mirrored dressing table
I reviewed our rose gold dressing table on 2nd Feb and since decided to purchase the silver laguna dressing table after being offered a discount for the delivery error sending a different colour, I mentioned in the 2nd Feb review! So now I am so happy that my daughter and myself both have quality matching dressing tables to get ready at every day that has really helped us to both start to feel our worth again and heal after a very hard few years, that really says how beautifully made they are and what quality and care does. This is a genuine honest and caring company who really does care about their customers and do everything they can to help them to be happy and have quality. It might sound like something small but to have the offer to purchase the 2nd table was life changing and I am glad I accepted and did not go and buy from anywhere else.

I ordered their Elsie dressing table. I like it. The thing is its mirror came without its plastic wrap on it. The mirror peel was already off. But why? When I am paying full price for the new product, I should get the new things too. Not happy with this.
