Delighted with my new vanity table
Delighted with my new vanity table! Ordering was easy and it arrived quickly. I loved the fact it came mostly assembled so it was so easy and quick to put together. It was packaged incredibly well, a lot of protective packaging and everything in its own little protective bag It looks great, it’s sturdy, and organised all my things really well. Can’t be happier
The only thing I would say is be careful assembling as I ended up cutting my finger on a little bit of wood that was sticking out the top. It initially looked like a loose bit of packaging so I went to flick it off with my hand and it sliced my finger quite deep. The glass top covered it up when we put it on so it’s no longer a hazard but that’s the only thing that went wrong during assembly.

We did have a small issue with the desk which was dealt with quickly by Shirley and a replacement was sent to us and a collection arranged for the original dressing table.

Damaged dressing table
Hi I ordered a 3 piece dressing table set from CARME HOME I was finding the sizing I needed not available from other companies but they seemed to have all the different sizes most customers may need my order arrived but unfortunately as I unpacked the table the mirror on the top was cracked and then broke off as the set was mirrored it was sharp so I could not use it I contacted CARME HOME on that day via web chat and they got back to me immediately within the hour already very upset they agreed they would send me out another table top and asked if I needed anything else eg table drawer or table legs as those parts were not damaged I let them know and asked if they could only replace the table itself they said they would do that as a matter of urgency as they new of my distress within 2 days my table arrived in perfect condition and the customer service has been next to none I will definitely be purchasing from them again in the near future and the piece of furniture is a touch of pure class overall a great experience thank you CARME HOME and your excellent customer service
