The service it second to none. The models I purchased are just first class.

Ordered a RC car for my birthday over a month in advance. Item was supposed to be delivered in "5-10 working days".

After 12 days, nothing arrived. Emailed them and they said they had not received the supply from their supplier yet and will dispatch as soon as they got it.

After 20 working days, my birthday had passed, still nothing. Emailed them again and still the same story. Basically they do not have what they are selling, and since they had already taken the money at the point of ordering, they had been sitting on my money for over a month. Poor business practice in my view, better sellers will only charge on dispatch especially for goods they don't actually have yet.

At that point, I told them I want to cancel order and a refund, they still try to offer me store credit instead, wanting to hold on to my cash for even longer. There was no offer of a discount or anything for the disappointment caused so I told them no, I just want my money back. At least the refund process was quick, but it still does not make up for leaving me with nothing for my birthday. The fact that they taken the money means I cannot put in an order with another seller before my birthday and now the item is no longer available.

First order perfect, arrived promptly and packaged well. second order not so great ordered two items in January, they don't arrive, i am advised they are on back order. I wait longer and the following month after issues with 1 item i change one item for something else to speed up order. But then the other item is now on back order. This goes on until April when i decide to just cancel. They cancel order but It is now May and still no refund. If service improves I will update my review but at the moment i just cant recommend them.

Update1- I have had a refund of most of my money back just waiting for the rest back now

I've bought three cars from this company on three separate occasions and each time the service has been excellent. Emails keep you informed from order received to dispatch and delivery. The dispatch must be instant as my delivery was in less than 36 hours! Thanks for a great product and 5 star service.

Bought a few different model cars for my son for Christmas. Good selection on offer and reasonably priced.
I placed two Orders a week apart but the second Order was the only one I had delivery tracking info on, date arriving etc. I e-mailed CMS to query if my original Order had maybe been missed but Aubrey came back very quickly to say there was no stock of my first Order but that it was in now and would be dispatched that day. Which it was and arrived a few days later. So customer service was spot on as well.
Will use again and highly recommend.
