When we collected the vehicle on 22 August, we noticed scratches and scuffs down both sides and reported them immediately. A member of staff inspected the vehicle and took photographs and a video, commenting that the damage appeared very fresh.

Since then, I have made several attempts to have the matter investigated, including texting the number I was given when I reported the damage and emailing the address provided. Unfortunately, I have received little communication and no substantive response.

I have been asked to provide photographs, despite the fact that their own employee photographed and filmed the vehicle at the time.

I am simply asking for the relevant inspection records, photographs and video to be reviewed so the circumstances can be established fairly. It is disappointing that, despite repeated attempts to resolve this directly, I have received no proper response.

I would recommend taking your own photographs and videos when collecting and returning a vehicle, regardless of whether staff are also carrying out an inspection.

Arrived back at the airport and rand them as stated to be asked where the car is ! I stated you’ve got the car as a driver picked it up last Sunday from us! After we went down to the car park I received a phone call telling me to phone the police ! Long and short of it the car had been stolen!!! From there”secure compound” which dosent exist they then told us we had to get a taxi home £100 they are the absolute worst company ever and are lying thieves no help at all just total scum DO NOT USE

Total scam of a company, i paid them 68.00 pounds and was left high and dry 😡😡😡😡😡

Booked through website arrived at airport took car from valet car park 2 days later return call for car it’s returned with scuffed alloys and dirty guy shrugged shoulders , day later car gets stolen off drive at home !!!! Tracker on car says our car was put in chelmsley wood I questioned company no cctv so why these dodgy bastards have been trusted with our 100k car they have cloned our key put device in car and came to our family home at 8.43pm last night and took the car !WE HADNT EVEN BEEN HOME 24 hours !!! From moment they took car and went chelmsley wood we have no tracking information for car as wiped and why park where no cctv !! Car was dumped in allum rock as they got caught up by police … DIRTY THIEVING BASTARDS ALL IN IT TOGETHER DONOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Booked a meet and great at Birmingham airport drop off fine
Arrived back in uk at 430am and called to confirm car collection to be told that they’ve LOST THE CAR KEY !
Couldn’t believe what it 4.30 am in the morning no way of getting home back to Northamptonshire to be told get a taxi and claim it back !
Got a taxi back home £130 later got receipts to prove costs.
Had a couple of hours sleep then ringing the company to get an update on the car at no point did they call us at all, called them through out the day to be told waiting on a lock smith to cut a new key.
No update again on the Thursday it was us calling them finally again we are told the car is ready it’s either we drive back to Birmingham airport or wait 3-4 days for them to find a driver to delivery the car.
We drove back up to collect the car couldn’t wait for them to deliver.
Now we’ve submitted the evidence of the taxi receipt to customer service…. The email bounced back !
Got a different email address and that was 3 weeks ago heard nothing the customer service number cuts you off the only number we’ve got is the mobile number for dropping the car off.
Can’t speak to anyone or get hold of anyone to get a refund or compensation for loss of earnings or additional fuel costs.
So absolutely avoid wished I read the reviews before booking with them.

Absolutely horrendous service. Do not use this company! On arrival asked to pay £10 in cash due to driving into airport? Phoned when collected luggage to be told car had a flat tyre so they needed to inflate it. Was then phoned to say due to a security update my keys were with a manager and they would arrive within an hour and a half. I have now been waiting two and a half hours with no sign of my keys. How on earth is this company still trading?

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER on our return to Birmingham Airport at 6:30 am after a 12 hour journey, I was told that they had misplaced/lost my key. The driver told me to get a taxi home and that will be refunded, he also told me that a manager will call me later that day about a new key and return of my car. My response was of concern and I said that we have an Autistic daughter who is struggling after a long flight. This was completely dismissed. The reality of the situation is that I finally managed to get hold of a manager (Rahul) at 9:30pm who told me that the company has changed ownership while we were away and we need to get in touch with them, he told me to come and get my car. His whole attitude was Rude,arrogant and dismissive. I went the next day to get my car and spoke to a driver he got me in touch with another manager (AJ), he seemed more helpful but now this seems like an act as I have followed his instructions, I have submitted the receipt for the taxi £87 and the quote for replacement key £500. To this day not had anything back. They told me that their customer team will call me back which in my opinion is a lie. I AM NOW SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE IN A VIEW TO START LEGAL PROCEEDINGS

Recently return from a holiday and on contacting AK for the collection they told me they had lost my keys and i would have to get a taxi home, returning the following day to collect my car with a spare key, so far i have incurred cost of £750 for a new key and a taxi home from Birmingham to Nottingham at 2 pm in the morning and a total lack of confirmation they will refund the cost. I have given them a 12 day notice before i take them to court. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am also hearing there staff do not have the correct insurance in place to be driving the cars to and from the car parks

We’d book this in advance and when we were 30 minutes away from the airport I rang them to let them know. I was then told that the booking had been cancelled. I received no email, no text, no phone call or anything to let me know. When I questioned this I was given the response of “we don’t deal with that it’s a third party” when I asked how I would get my money back I was met with the same response and whoever I had spoken to on the phone said that they do not care.
Absolutely disgusting, luckily we found something last minute on a website called just park or if not it would have cost us over £400 for a week parking at the airport

I have booked for car park from 14 th August to 18 th August, paid everything when called today yoir people said booking canceled, I haven't received any cancelation email from yoir side. This is complete hassle. I had to book today with NCP birmingham card park with higher price as inwill travel tomorrow with family,.please arrange to send my money back £74.94 asap

We phoned the company as instructed 20 minutes from Birmingham Airport to be told our parking had been cancelled! No notification of this received by email or text. They said they couldn’t refund would need to go through our bank. Do not use!! Had to park on the station multi storey.

Twice now, I have left my car with Meet and Greet at Birmingham Airport. Whilst the staff are friendly and polite, twice now, my car has returned with issues. The first time, was terrible! Empty crisp packets and an empty coke can was left inside and giant great big muddy foot prints in the footwell. When reported to Birmingham Airport, they were not interested at all and neither was the company that provides the service. More recently, although the inside was how I left it - the rear bumper has a giant scratch on the corner! Not a service I will be considering again. I think I would rather pay the extra and park it myself!

I really do not know how this company is being allowed to operate. From start to finish the experience we endured from this company was dreadful. We booked park and ride but on the day of our booking we received an email saying that we had been upgraded to their meet and greet service due to roadworks. When we arrived there were men stood with card machines. 1 approached me and said you need to pay a £6 levy for the meet and greet service. I refused because I explained It was your company that gave us the upgrade. After a few words he said "leave it and walked off" another man took the car. They gave us a slip telling us upon our arrival back to Birmingham give them a call after we had reclaimed our luggage. It took several attempts before someone answered the phone. He told us our car will be there within 10mins at the valet carpark. We made our way over. We noticed there were lots of people stood around waiting for their cars looking very annoyed. We were told by some young lads that they had been waiting 2hrs 30mins for their car. He told me that one of the drivers told him that the company we were dealing with had mixed up all the keys to everyone's car. His car eventually came however, after lots of phone calls our car arrived in 2hrs 15mins. It was an extremely stressful time in 30 degree heat. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this company. After reading other reviews it seems this company forgets where they park the cars because they obviously do not have any secure parking facilities.

SEEMS LIKE A SCAM - DO NOT USE!

Eight hours before we were due to bring the car to their car park, we were told there was maintenance taking place at the car park and they were 'upgrading' us to a meet & greet service.

We wondered where, if there's maintenance taking place at the car park, they were planning on leaving our car. It's reasonable to assume if cars can go in and out then people can too. That lead us to believe that the car park wasn't what they advertised it to be.

Secondly, we don't see meet and greet as an ‘upgrade’ - we want to know the car is secure while we're away and a meet and greet service doesn't allow us to see where the car is left. Unfortunately, we were given no choice.

We contacted multiple times about getting a refund because the notice was far too short and we weren't comfortable with leaving the car with them based on all of this. We had no response for a week, until we called them today and were ushered off the phone.

BBC Watchdog have been informed as so many have had the same experience.

DO NOT USE THIS CAR PARK. IT IS A SCAM. They will text you the day before you are due to depart and say due to works at their car park they will meet you at the airport and you hand your car over. They phrase this as an upgrade to their "meet and greet" service. Once digging into the reviews, you can clearly see that this is an orchestrated scheme, and others have noted that they have received parking fines from their car's being left in places not suitable, and definitely not a dedicated secure car park.

We received the text informing us of our "upgrade" at 9:00pm, when we were due to drop the car off at 04:30am the next morning, purposely late notice to avoid disputes.

I immediately contacted them on the mobile numbers provided, to request this be cancelled and a refund due as this was not the service we booked or paid for. I have since had NO responses, and will be taking this further with action.

THIS IS A SCAM CAR PARK - DO NOT USE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Like many others on here I also received a Park Maven parking fine after this company parked my car at a playing field nearby, for 3 days. DO NOT USE

Worst parking company I have ever used
Phoned 20 mins before arrival as instructed to be left waiting at valet parking for almost 30 mins
On the way back inbound flight landed at 1.30am
Phoned at around 1.50am when in baggage claim and was told to phone when bags were collected, phoned at 2am and was told not to leave the airport as staff were changing over (no mention of this in the booking confirmation that there was a change over at 2am) was told to phone back in 20 mins, I did just that and was told it was going to be another 30 mins
Over an hour later of waiting with about 20 people in the same situation as me, I finally got my car back!
2 weeks later I get a parking fine notice for the 2 days, 16 hours and 7 mins of entrusting my car with them.

Do not use!!

I used the service from this company at the beginning of June; few days later I received a parking fine for the time my car was supposedly under their care; as it transpires my car was parked in a random public car park for 3 days (no association to the company whatsoever). I have made numerous attempts to resolve this by e mailing and calling but so far no actions have been taken. I think it is outrages to claim that your car would be looked after only for the staff to dump it in random places for days, unattended. I still haven't received any resolution or update on my refund request as this is not at all what I was promised and paid for. Avoid this company at all cost.

I used AK meet and greet, and have recieved a parking fine of £100 as our car was pictured and left on a playing field. I contacted AK meet and greet and they assured me it would be sorted ive since recieved another letter for payment. This is awful never experienced this beforeand i travel lots. We didnt orinally even book a meet and greet service we booked parking with a shuttle. However, the day before they contacted us to say due to work on the parking area we would be upgraded to meet and greet. Weirdly they took a £6 card payment too which explained on website would befor a shuttle service but we didnt need a shuttle?! All seems a con
