Booked a while back for a week's parking. Arrived early morning and they were waiting for me. Simple exchange and I was off on holiday. Arrived back today and called them to say I had landed and was in my way to collect my car. Saj answered and said he would be waiting for me. True to his word Saj was waiting with me car and keys. I cannot praise them enough for their professionalism and anybody parking at Birmingham airport you should consider using these guys as I will again.

Avoid this company at all costs!!!!! Absolutely disgusting company to deal with.

We left our car with AK Meet & Greet under the impression we were booking with Birmingham airport car parks. After waiting 30 minutes for our car to be returned to us, it had been damaged!!!!

They had parked our car at the nearby railway station car park and both sides of the car were keyed!!!!!

They are taking no responsibility whatsoever and offered us 50% towards our insurance excess - really!!

We are currently in the process of getting quotes for the repair and will be sending them the bill - we will take this all the way!

How do these guys sleep at night when you read the reviews of how this company operate!

We will be taking this to a court if we have to!

When you book and pay for valet parking, you expect your car to be safe!!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM do not book with this company, closed no one at the address, contact number out of service, had to pay and park in main airport parking and nearly missed my flight because there is no car park. Scam avoid

Left the car at Birmingham airport for a week, arrived at 4am, left the car with Sadj, very quick service. Arrived back a week later and Sadj had my car waiting for me, was able to drive off straight away!

Very good and convenient way to drop off and pick the car if you plan to make a journey from Birmingham airport. Staff are friendly and have prompt and professional service. I have used this service in the past too and thoroughly happy with the service.

The drop off experience was smooth, with an attendant waiting to take our car. The pickup was equally as smooth, with A man named Saj being on hand to pass the car over to us on time and with a really pleasant level of service. Communication was clear all the way through and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them

Saj provided an excellent service both at start & end of our holiday. The Birmingham Airport station drop off point was easy to find, we rang ahead as instructed & Saj was there to greet us by name & to take our car. On the return journey he had even warmed the car up for us &car was there & waiting - no hanging around in the cold waiting for a bus to get to airport parking, no long walk after parking the car - car park is right next to Birmingham International Train Station which provides a free train shuttle into the airport every 3 mins - a fantastic service & reasonably priced

Very disappointed with this company. Drop off was smooth,however on return called the number as requested to inform them we were at arrivals as we had no luggage to collect. The guy answering the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful. He was shouting and accusing me of not listening to him when I pointed out valet service included pick up from arrivals. Left feeling very distressed by this experience. I spoke to a guy who claimed he was the manager...Icky Hussain. I explained what had happened and he said he would text me details of who I should raise this matter with. Obviously this did not happen. I would not recommend this company.

Excellent service, car well taken care of; just as we left it. Additionally, you respected the time as we agreed; not to mention excellent price. I would recommend anyone.

Everything went accordingly, exact as it says in their website. I have nothing or even a slight complaint. Service was 💯 satisfactorily.

Brilliant service. Guy was there as soon as we arrived at Birmingham International to pick up the car. Rang them on our return having collected our luggage, and they were already waiting.

I have to admit, I was a little hesitate initially, as I wasn’t given any paperwork, or receipt after handing over my keys. However, would highly recommend, as it was a stress free process, and very reasonable price for the 10 days we were away.

The best meet and Greet service I found.
On my return we found our Car battery was flat. They help with Jumpstart and start in a minute. And found that they help all the way to make sure you reach your destination (home) safely. What a best service and support.

First time using from Birmingham interchange meet and greet received first class treatment would 100% use again car only did 2 miles so parking cannot be far from meet great. Staff very professional and friendly you would not be disappointed if used great value for money.
