Cars24 Australia Reviews

I recently sold my car through Cars24 and had a genuinely smooth, stress‑free experience. The process was quick, transparent, and very easy.
A special mention goes to Jay, who was outstanding throughout. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful — clearly explaining each step, answering every question, and making sure I felt comfortable with the valuation and the paperwork. His customer service really elevated the whole experience.

The customer service was great. They were really easy to deal with. They answered all my questions in a timely manner and made the sale so easy

Cars 24 are an efficient and professional organisation. Really appreciated the advice and help from Shristi Tiwari. She was exceptional. Always ready to help. Thank you Shristi!

I had a great experience selling my car through Cars24. The process was smooth, simple and well organised from start to finish. The team provided excellent service, clear communication and made everything easy to complete. Overall, it was a seamless and stress-free experience, and I would be happy to recommend Cars24 to others.

I recently sold my car through Cars24 and the entire experience was smooth, transparent, and hassle-free from start to finish. Special thanks to Nitin, who handled my transaction — he was professional, courteous, and made sure every step of the process was clearly explained.

What I appreciated most was the transparency in the valuation process. There were no last-minute surprises or price drops, and Nitin was upfront and honest about everything, which really built my trust in the platform. The paperwork, inspection, and payment were all completed quickly and efficiently, and I received my payment on time without any delays.

If you're looking to sell your car without the usual back-and-forth haggling and uncertainty that comes with private buyers, I'd highly recommend Cars24. And if you get Nitin as your point of contact, you're in good hands — he made the whole process fair, fast, and stress-free.

Overall, a great experience. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

I rate this cars24 10/10. They made my car selling so smooth and easy. I was tired of marketplace. But Syeda, himani jain and Ronit from cars24 made my journey easy. I recommed cars24 to everyone.

I couldn't believe the level of service we got at cars24 Altona branch. After arriving at out 4pm appointment we were met by a very young team member who After greeting us he then instructed us to take a seat while he would get a team member from the sales department to see us..some time had passed and we looked around and noticed that we were the only customers there and none of the many sales staff had taken any initiative to assist but instead gathered around the floor making conversation. I approached them and asked if they were the sales representative's there! And why no one had come across and assisted us?? A couple made some silly excuses but there's no excuse and shows the level of professionalism and customer service.. I won't be going there again

I was very skeptical at first when cars24 reached out to buy my car off car sales. You never know, so I did a little research and decided to proceed with them.
They proved to be very professional and efficient with every process. The online inspection was very well conducted and a breeze to work through. Everyone I have dealt with has been very polite and professional and offered their.assistance every step of the way.
The offer they gave for my car was very fair and they did not reduce the offer once they saw the quality and low mileage on my car.
Now I have used them I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone wanting to sell a car quickly and easily. The ease and convenience in the end was well worth avoiding the hassle of road worthy inspections and every tyre kicker in town coming to haggle about the price.
If you are unsure about using cars24, all I can say is I hope this review puts your mind at rest.
I would like to say thank you to Bhuvnesh for reaching out and starting the process with cars24.

Cars 24 approached me after I put my car on Carsales. They made a generous offer for the car, more than any other dealer. Bhuvnesh was great to deal with and made the process very easy. I was very impressed and happy to sell my car to them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had an excellent experience selling my car through Cars24, and I would especially like to thank **Himani Jain** for her outstanding service.
From start to finish, Himani was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. She made the entire process of selling my car feel so simple and stress-free. What I thought would be a lengthy and complicated process was completed quickly and seamlessly because of her expertise.
She took care of all the paperwork with great attention to detail and kept me informed every step of the way. Whenever I had a question, she responded promptly and was always happy to help.
Himani is truly a credit to Cars24. Employees like her make a lasting impression and are the reason customers come back and confidently recommend the company to others.
Thank you, Himani, for making the entire process so smooth and hassle-free. Your dedication and exceptional service are genuinely appreciated!

Beware!! Absolutely do not buy a vehicle from this dealership.
1. There are hidden charges (dealership fees) that they do not use in their price match guarantee. They do not negotiate whatsoever.
2. they unregister the vehicles to make money from the remaining rego and green slip and hit you with that unnecessary cost (unethical practice).
3. there is no one to call or speak to (you get a call centre).
4. I picked up my vehicle - it hadn’t been washed, vacuumed or wiped. It had a huge bird poo. Even though they had 2 days to detail the car, the detailers don’t work past 3pm which was a coincidence given I picked up the car at 3.30pm. They said they would send a Detailer to my house but 2 days later and I still did not receive a call from the Detailer
5. The car is parked outside and dirty, so expect a car with ant infestation

I was originally a little unsure about selling our car with Cars24 but after being guided by Jay, I understood what was required. Jay was professional, patient and got me a good price for our car. Jay's communication throughout the process was clear, keeping me upto date along the way - settling my nerves. It was a fast process and we are happy with the outcome.

Our experience was fantastic and the whole experience was easy.

What an amazing experience from start to finish!

From the initial test drive, right through to purchasing our Cupra, the entire team at CARS24 made the process easy, professional and stress free.

Shortly after purchasing the car, we experienced an existing issue with the parking sensors. We contacted CARS24 straight away and they couldn't have been more helpful. Their mechanics recommended we take the vehicle to Cupra to ensure the manufacturer's warranty wasn't affected. It turned out the issue was caused by external damage, so it wasn't covered under the manufacturer's warranty and we had to pay for the repairs ourselves.

The best part was how CARS24 handled it. They reviewed everything and reimbursed us without any hassle. They stood behind the vehicle and made the whole process smooth and straightforward.

A huge thank you to Angad, Shaq, our Relationship Manager Anastasia, and the Warranty Team, Emma and Lynette. Every one of you was friendly, understanding and genuinely cared about resolving the issue. Great customer service is hard to find these days, but your team absolutely delivered.

We love our Cupra and would not hesitate to recommend CARS24 to anyone looking to buy a quality used vehicle. Thank you again for an outstanding experience!

Nitin from Cars24 was professional and assisted in seamless selling of my vehicle. The offer was reasonable and worth considering from CARS24 considering it helped me avoid all the hassles in private selling of used vehicles. This is my second sale with cars24 and I would recommend them.

Do not purchase a vehicle thru Cars24. Different information from different people. No customer service. Purchased a vehicle 6 weeks ago and transfer of registration still not completed.

Always contactable. Easy to deal with. Fast and quick process

Absolute waste of time - don't bother.

After contacting me multiple times to buy my car, I finally agreed to a virtual inspection. Upon the first inspection they wanted me to get the next service done before continuing (wasn't due for 1500km yet), I agreed, went and did it, booked another virtual inspection, went through that, only to be told later that day that they were not satisfied with the service records (which are complete, all within recommended Subaru KM/timelines). Also decided that my last service didn't count - absolute waste of time dealing with this group - don't recommend at all.

Shout out to Emma from the warranty team for guiding me through a part replacement. Thanks for the prompt assistance. Recommend Cars 24 warranty assisstance

Selling my car was an incredibly easy and hassle-free experience. The team was efficient, professional, and transparent throughout the entire process. The offer was fair, especially coming from a dealer, and everything was handled quickly and smoothly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their vehicle.
