Josh from cars under 3000 was unbelievable at what he does, he made sure I understood what was going on and made sure the car I picked up was in good condition for when I picked it up

Shocking experience. Cars are sold without full checks.
Nothing but issues since buying from them .
Also when you arrive the car isn’t as explained and more scuffs / marks are found that they have purposely hidden on advertisement!

Viewed a vauxhall astra at cars under 3000 adam was very laid back plesent and honest which made experience stress free there was no pressure to buy the car we did purchase the car as ,was as advertised he had recommended we put a deposit down to reserve and im glad we took his advice as this was a very Nice car and in excellent condition ,with very low mileage and service history very pleased thank you adam

Josh from Carsunder3000 was a diamond. Helped me reserve the car and got me booked in to see it as soon as possible. The car is in great condition and exactly what me and my partner where after. He was very good at getting the car prepped and sorted for us, making sure it was as close to new as possible before I drove it away. My experience started off a bit mixed but ended on a very positive note. I found the car on Auto Trader and arranged a viewing right away. Josh showed me the car, and I really liked it. However, I did notice some stains inside and a few scratches on the exterior. I later learned that they only address cosmetic issues after a deposit is placed, which wasn’t Josh’s fault but something to be aware of.

When I was told the car had been sorted, I came back to complete the purchase. Unfortunately, the scratches hadn’t been properly dealt with and had been poorly touched up. Despite this, I decided to take the car as I urgently needed a vehicle as my current one was no longer roadworthy, but Josh and Adam were very apologetic.

Even after the sale was finalised, Josh remained committed to resolving the issue. I brought the car back for the scratches to be redone and by the second time taking the car in, the job was done perfectly. You honestly can’t tell there were ever any scratches. Josh went above and beyond, even a month after purchase, to make sure I was happy with the car.

Mechanically, the car has been great, I haven’t had any issues. The initial concerns were purely cosmetic, and they’ve now been fully addressed. What really stood out was the customer service. Josh was always friendly, easy to talk to, and took time to chat beyond just car talk. It’s clear they value customer relationships, not just sales.

My one piece of advice for future buyers would be to make sure you're completely happy with the car’s condition before buying. That said, I’m happy with my purchase and don't regret it, it was fairly priced, came with a recent MOT and service, and I never felt pressured. Josh gave me the space and time I needed to decide.

I just bought a Ford fiesta from cars under 3000, all the staff were so helpful, Josh in particular made the process so quick and easy and made sure it was all done correctly. Can’t praise enough, no issues and everything was done efficiently. Definitely recommend.
