I contacted the dealership regarding a 2016 Vauxhall Corsa VXR and was genuinely interested in purchasing the car. I made a reasonable offer based on my budget and the overall cost of the purchase, including their £99 administration fee and the finance quote I had received.

I was told that they do not reduce their prices, which is fair enough — dealers are entitled to set their prices. However, the response I received from Tony Murphy afterwards was unnecessarily dismissive. I was essentially told to “look at cars at a price your budget can afford” and to filter their website for cheaper cars.

There was no need for that tone. A simple “the price is firm” would have been perfectly sufficient.

I was a genuine potential customer and was prepared to proceed if we could reach a sensible figure. Instead, the way the enquiry was handled has put me off dealing with the dealership altogether.

The car may well be reasonably priced, but customer service matters too. Based on my experience, I would look elsewhere.

Bailey was incredible and a credit to the company! He spent almost a whole day with me, trying to find a finance and car that worked for me and my credit. We went through multiple cars to try and get it all sorted and even managed to get the car I wanted and a deposit that worked for me seeing as I had limited options and very limited time to get everything sorted.
He was SO friendly, extremely helpful and very patient.
I honestly can't express how fantastic a job he did with everything or how much I would recommend his services!

After enquiring about a Golf GTI over the phone, they had it clean and ready for us to test drive the very next day. On Friday we called to confirm our interest and placed our deposit down, and by Tuesday it was serviced and ready to pick up.
