From the moment I bought my car I noticed there was a scratch on the dashboard which they did not tell me about and refused to sort it for me. I recently realised when I lock my car the back door doesn’t lock.. anyone could get in and steal the car. Also after inspecting it with another car dealer it told me it looks like a crash repair car. Do not trust this people. I’m now in £14000 debt for a dodgy car!

Showed interest in a fiat 500 for my daughter , had a young boy Bailey contact me via phone, I advised him that I had finance sorted, when arriving to test drive the car I was bombarded with selling of their finance and advised I had to take out there extended warranty if I wanted the car.
Take note young Bailey you lost a sale today with your constant trying to sell your finance rather than concentrating on selling me the car.
Re poor salesman . I had visited this dealership a few weeks weeks before hand and another salesman was very polite no pressure selling and gave me sound advise on certain cars.
Has left a very bitter taste in my mouth and regretfully would not recommend this dealership to anyone,

Avoid if possible
Bought a car from this place a couple months ago and all seemed well at the time. It was mentioned that prior to purchasing the vehicle a full service would be carried out, I dont believe this was done one due to the colour of the oil when initially inspecting the car and two asking to see an invoice or form of invoice which they couldn't provide as it was done 'in house'. Follow up emails asking about this were promptly ignored. I have since had some work done which revealed that the suspension should have failed an MOT as there were defects found. The MOT that was conducted did not show any advisories. It was mentioned that a wheel alignment was needed however they also provided paperwork that said it had been done so I'm not sure that they had an idea of what was going on with the vehicle prior to sale. The rear tyres had serious wear on the inside which once again wasn't picked up on the MOT. Overall not impressed with the service and if you consider purchasing a vehicle from this dealership I would advise a full inspection prior to purchase.

We understand your concerns, however this is the first time we have been made aware of any issues. Unfortunately, we have not been given the opportunity to inspect the vehicle or investigate the points raised regarding the suspension, tyres, alignment, or servicing.
Had you contacted us directly, we would have gladly looked into these concerns and discussed them with you. We always encourage customers to get in touch if any issues arise so we can assist where possible.
Regarding the tyres, slight wear on part of a tyre would not normally result in an MOT advisory unless it was approaching legal limits. Without inspecting the vehicle ourselves, we cannot comment on its condition some months after purchase.
We remain happy to discuss your concerns and inspect the vehicle if you would like to contact us directly.
