After initially leaving a great review for North West Trade Centre (at the request of Kieran) I am now opting to retract that review and leave my honest feedback. I have never encountered service quite like the service shown to me from this business. From day one I have had to continuously chase NWTC Lancaster. Their communication, or lack of has been diabolical. After having chased up collecting my car multiple times it was finally sorted with an MOT the morning of collection.
Upon arriving at NWTC I was collected from the train station by Kieran which I admit was a very kind gesture. He was incredibly helpful during the hand over of the vehicle, however, as soon as I drove the car away that is where the helpfulness stopped.
The car's air conditioning didn't work, I called to request this be sorted, I was advised this was not covered on my warranty, to which I responded I had only had the car a matter of days and it was sold to me with air conditioning. After lots of chasing I spoke with a member of management who agreed to pay me back for an air conditioning re-gas. I had several issues setting up the 3 year warranty for my vehicle. Although my details were taken by Kieran the warranty was still not activated after several phone calls and chase ups to Kieran, warranting another frustrated email to management. Another issue is I was told when collecting the vehicle that there was service history, I didn't get given this so called the next day requesting it be posted to me, Kieran advised me it was likely in his desk drawer and that he would find it and get it sent out for me. This never arrived. I have since subsequently sent emails requesting this which have been ignored. I was told when purchasing the vehicle it would be handed to me with a full service as well as the MOT. A matter of days after getting the car home I was greeted with a low oil signal. I took the car to my local garage and was informed the oil level was in fact very low and needed topping up, at my expense. I have requested proof of the full service the car supposedly received prior to me collecting (as well as proof of the aforementioned service history) and I have again, received zero response. I would really appreciate the service history and an answer as to why my car would be so low on oil after having supposedly received a full service?
I will more than happily take this much further if I continue to be ignored by NWTC Lancaster. If there is simply no service history I would appreciate NWTC being honest with me and admitting this, and also informing me as to why I was lied to. I would also like answers as to why my oil was so low if the car had supposedly received a full service prior to collection.

I went in just for some advice on potential new car prospects with the latest finance deals, I dealt with a young man called Jake who ran me through the packages they have and cars on the list, there was none of the classic salesmen pressure to get me to sign up right the and there, just open and honest about what they had to offer.

Very polite and well spoken, went above and beyond to meet my expectations of what I was after, with no rush and seemingly a lot of time for his clients, if I follow up with a further question or even want to get onto a finance deal, I hope Jake will be the one to help me through it.

Great service. Especially from a lad, I believe he was called Jake? Proper geezer with both great banter and knowledge. Also, very professional. Get my details and we’ll go for a pint some time if you see this!

Well bought a 2 series bmw active tourer 2017 was promised this that and everything ,, said it had been serviced and clearly wasn’t armrest on car was broke still waiting for replacement 2 week later wont answer calls or text messages
