Northwesttradecentre Reviews

We visited on Friday wasnt sure off the car we chose so returned Saturday and was meet by Ian .Ian was fantastic right from the beginning made purchasing the car we wanted worry free. No thing was to much for him thanks Ian.

Everything was fantastic. Great communication and superb service. Everything went quickly, smoothly, and pleasantly. I will definitely use this service again and recommend it to everyone.

Thank you Wayne, Brilliant from start to finish. Very Happy and will 100percent use again!

Ian was really helpful and was able to sort a great deal for us! Quick turn around from initial enquiry to collecting our vehicles! A*****

Staff good to deal with, straightforward deal

Fantastic service from north west trade centre. Helped me from the start and were all lovely when I went to collect my car. Would definitely recommend

We had a great experience buying a car from here. Wayne was great...lovely gentleman, helpful, and polite. The car was ready for collection on time, and the jobs needing doing on it were completed to a high standard.

Avoid. From my experience (that started positively but very quickly got worse) I wouldn’t go back here for a car ever again. The things that were agreed upon sale haven’t been met and I’m 15 days since my follow up emails and they have been ignored.

Unreal customer service! Nathan took the time to sort me out, despite my million requirements and the lads kept it super upbeat and helpful! Thank you so much!! x

Had a very smooth transaction thanks to Haider who was very helpful and informative during the process!

Brilliant company to deal with. Especially Wayne who guided me through the whole process. Full recommended.

Purchased a car from this company. Car was as described. Salesman was pleasant and efficient. Drove it home in heavy rain from Preston to Newton Stewart.
A couple of days later, went to clean it. The car had 165 tyres front and back on the driver's side. 185 front and back on the passengers side. Totally illegal. It had just passed it's MOT, with a battery unsecured on its shelf too.
The salesman told me to have the faults sorted and I would be reimbursed.
That was on the 15th. I am still waiting.
Car comes with a 3 year basic warranty. Hope I never have to put it to the test.

"DRIVEN BY TRUST, POWERED BY VALUE".
Well that's certainly not right.

I bought a car from north west car centre and the staff were all so lovely and reassuring with the whole process of buying the car. I dealt with Haider and he gave me updates on the vehicles process whilst i was waiting for it to be ready. Would definitely recommend.

Ian has been amazing, very helpful and patient as I put a deposit down 3 or 4 weeks before actually picking the car up as I was waiting for a payout. Answered all our questions and never felt forced into anything. Thank you 😊

Great service from Adam and Haider. Best prices on the market. Will be coming back in the future.

Jake was great for start to finish, the process was quick and easy and I cant wait to get my new car home.
