I recently purchased my new car from cartime.co.uk and Michael Jackson was one amazing sales person. One of the nicest and friendliest people you will meet as I had my family with me to view and he had toys to keep my children entertained while we sorted out the paperwork. Everyone who worked there on the day was very professional, the cars looks amazing and the service was phenomenal. The car we purchased from Car time was unbelievable and it was exactly what we needed as a family so if you are in the need of a new car please give Car Time a view.

Could not have been worse. Zero call backs and rude. This was a 100% nailed on sale, but rude staff and complete lack of communication cost them my custom and couldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Really unimpressed by the petty marketing tactics. Parking an advertising van right outside Oakwood Motor Company is childish and completely unprofessional. Instead of making you look competitive, it just looks desperate. If anything, seeing that sort of childish behaviour only puts people off using Cartime and makes Oakwood look like the better, more professional dealership to visit. Let the cars and customer service do the talking rather than resorting to cheap stunts.

Extremely disappointed with Cartime’s aggressive and inconsiderate advertising tactics around Tottington. Leaving branded advertising vans parked for extended periods in inappropriate spots—often obstructing sightlines at junctions, cluttering residential roads, and taking up valuable local parking—shows a complete lack of respect for the local community.
​Advertising is fine, but using public highways and narrow local streets as free promotional billboards at the expense of pedestrian and driver safety is unacceptable. I’d expect a reputable local business to be a responsible neighbour, not a public nuisance.

This company seem interested in you until something goes wrong them they won’t return your calls make excuses that everyone in the business is off that day. I wouldn’t deal with them unless your after you time being wasted when the first issue arises

Stupidly went with purchasing a 3MOT and 3 services" package with a Kia Niro for £699. No information about in the document pack and no response at all from a chat session, two phone calls to people who said they would sort it out and a final email. Not only that but from the brief description on the invoice its a 3 YEAR package - the car has a 2 year service interval so its just been serviced so a complete rip off. Small claims court next?

Recently bought a car from Cartime and the whole experience was very straight forward. I was kept in the loop at all times and since viewing the car on a Saturday, by Tuesday I had the call it was all ready to collect. I would like to especially thank Noel for excellent communication and professionalism.
