Response time is too long
Response time is too long.
I had to return a product and wanted a refund. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my credit card due to fraud. They were not able/willing to put the refund on a new credit card. They did give me a credit for future purchases. I now have to spend an additional $100+ I was not planning to.

Ordered a racquet with local uber…
Ordered a racquet with local uber delivery and thought the service would be super fast. It wasn’t fast at all. Called the number that appears on the website and all I could do is leave a voice mail. I had to go to their physical store so the employee could help me by calling the manager or owner of the store.
Ended up canceling the order and buying the racquet at a different store. The store didn’t really make any effort to keep my business and immediately canceled my order.
Additionally, prices at Casas are not competitive at all.

Unresponsive costumer service, low quality order presentation
Had an issue with the order, costumer service was unresponsive. Shoe box was completely destroyed and couldn’t be used to wrap it as a gift.

Paint off Scuff marks on racket
All was great except the new racket came with some small paint scuffed off marks. Not sure the quality of the paint or how it was handled before shipping
