Ordered iphone 16plus case, showing on order invoice received from them. They sent a case for a 14 possibly 15 that looks like garbage. Sent pictures of wrong sizing and went through the rigmarole of having a refund issued. Was happy to support a small business enterprise but this feels shambolic. No mention of having sent the wrong case? to me at all and attempting an exchange for correct case the option given is for the exact same WRONG case...Also charged for return postage, their postage to me was a 2nd class stamp..really unprofessional, wish I'd read reviews prior to ordering.

Good product for a decent price

Case great, and it’s my second purchase, my only fault was the delivery it took ages and an email for it to be finally delivered.

Great quality products at good prices & company kept me well informed about delivery, which was pretty quick.

Exact same case and exact same photographs on Ebay. Except Ebay price for the exact same case is £4.99 whereas Case Monkey is £18.99. That's a great mark up. Good business but if it was your own products instead of third party products at such a price difference then would of gotten more stars. I am guessing, judging by Ebay price and your price the purchase price is pennies, so its a decent markup for you guys, but at such a huge price gap I won't be using Case Monkey.

The back of my Samsung phone was starting to come away so I ordered a product from case monkey. It arrived within a couple of days, fits perfectly and looks great.

Good quality having somewhere for cards useful and protects my phone (the reason I ordered it )
Ordered blue got green but ok as nice colour.

Nice case, great communication, delivery was a little slow but good experience all round

My experience of case monkey began disappointedly...as id ordered a case...paid...then was politely told there was a delay in posting as staff shortages/illness.
I cancelled and asked for refund...also saying it be helpful if customer knew beforehand of postage delays.
Dan and pat from customer service each replied...they had listenned to me...apologised...cancelled order and sent refund immediately. It felt genuine.
Then a week later the "cancelled" case was delivered!!
I let them know...saying I could post it to them or was Willing to buy it as a spare for reasonable price.
They replied swiftly to say I was welcome to it...a gift...wow!!
A kind and generous gesture in this.messy old world.
Hence my 5 star rating.
I see there are mixed reviews here...I think this company have huge potential to thrive and satisfy ...by listenning to their customers...keeping correspondence swift and helpful. Most of us out here miss being valued as customers...

The company were helpful when it came to exchanging the first case I ordered.

I have been waiting for my iPhone case for over 4 weeks. I have been communication with Case Monkey during that time. They keep asking for my mailing address in which I have provided. This is a poorly tinned business.

my earlier review gave the company 1 star ad the case I ordered never arrived and I had no communication to say it had been posted. They have since sent out a replacement which arrived today. Thank you. I would suggest that customers are informed of when to expect items but I have ion any event amended my review. I wish them well as running a business is never easy

There is a vast repertoire of attractive and affordable iPhone mobile covers. I love my purchase; it is robust and has a beautiful design. Thanks to casemoney.co.uk for the prompt delivery of the order.

Attempted to cancel order the following morning, but received dispatched email in the afternoon. Thought fair enough, but when it arrived several days later immediately posted back for a refund. After sending several emails in the last 8 days, still not a single reply, despite claims of 24/7 customer service. Will be raising a dispute with my bank if I don’t hear back soon. Would NOT shop with Case Monkey again!!!

Dont buy from this company. Products very poor. Customer service even worse.
